However, if that doesn't happen soon, then I'll fear for him, his mentality is what worries me the most, he's no Kobe to endure being an mvp elite player for years with no help whatsoever...

He might not have a career as long as Lebron and might not win as many titles or accolades as Jordan, but during his prime years he will be the most dominant all-around player ever. He can just do everything and it looks like as he matures there will just be no way to stop him. He will be able to do whatever he wants on the court. I know he is only playing a team of reserves in these highlights, but remember that he is still only 19 years old. How good is he going to be when he is 25 or 26. It's scary to think about it. Statistically, because of his height, he will be riddled with injuries. I think everyone should support him, regardless of whether you think he's "overhyped," because while he's pushed by the NBA he has literally every physical odd stacked against him. Victor takes care of himself and he knows that health comes 1st in order to be great nothing else matters as a basketball player if you cant stay on the court.

Dude's coming out doing Durant/Kawhi/DeRozan moves off the dribble in the mid range. Really haven't seen anything like it. Nobody that big moves like him. Heck he didn't a turnaround fadeaway similar to Duncan except Wemby was a lot quicker and did it all in one motion. Keep in mind Duncan was so good with fundamentals and getting to his spots that he was also unguardable, he didn't have to do everything fast. Timmy would also lull you to sleep and then when he made his move it was quick.

3:58 I have never seen anyone ask to throw a lob from the three point line.

So us spurs fans are so lucky and happy to have Wemby on our team, we truly think he’ll take us far this season. We pray he stays healthy

Man's got the basketball IQ, on court vision and quickness of a decent NBA guard.

He has the handles of Tony Parker, the fundamental mentality of Tim Duncan, the basketball IQ of Manu Ginobli, and the perimeter accuracy of Robert Horry. Now imagine if he can have the body of David Robinson. 😂😂😂

This kid is awesome. Been a fan since late 2000's Kevin Garnett '21'. God damn! I am excited to watch this kid devour. Kudos to Spurs!

As a Spurs fan Wemby is 3 players in 1. He has David Robinson like defense, Duncan like passing and poise, Durants ability to score and bring the ball up. We need to find a true star behind him. You need that 1 2 punch. Im not for sure on Vassel and Keldon being stars.

This young man is something else, KD moves with 7'3" high, and that's crazy!!

Feels like Tim Duncan and Tony Parker did the fusion dance. I give him two years he's going to be a legitimate Super Star, he still has much to prove and a little ways to go. He's got speed, finesse, and skill with all of that height and I haven't seen too many big men run that fast across the court

This guy is terrifying! He can do it all and at that height!!

Those arms are craaaazy. They're so long he can keep his dribble low even at his height, and can even do a standing dunk from outside the restricted area. INSANE dude.

He just needs to wave around and that's crazy defense already. This guy has got everything to be better than Bron and its crazy to say that while Bron is still playing.
