Cory I'm using a mini trampoline at mo 3 minutes all out with 10 burpees and 20 press ups 1 minute rest x 10 sets. Channels like yours that give people ideas to incorporate different exercises and ideas into their routines. Bet your dad's proud of you.

What the....? 😲 These look like so much fun 🤓 I usually cycle 150/200 kms every week but in self isolation I can only walk 1 km from my house once a day so some of these are going to help keep up my endurance along with my skipping rope 😉 Thanks for this amazing video 👍👍

hehe it's why I started creating these actually! I feel like sometimes we just get stuck using the same moves...and while that is good some variety makes things fun and challenges our brain as well as our body! Helps me have a place to review when I feel a bit stuck! Glad it's helpful for you too!

I prefer to workout in clothing. Maybe outside in the sunshine but the gym is too cold haha :-) You'll just have to try the moves to FEEL what is working ;-)

Do we do all of these for 45 seconds on with 5-10second rests in between?
Atm im focusing around the core, abs and obliques since the rest of my body seems to burn along along with those exercises. I tried doing 5 techniques and 2 sets. Should i change the setup daily or weekly?
You want to create a progression so you repeat and track but still give yourself variety :-)

Sure if that fits your schedule. There are lots of designs that can work. And you need to combine strength, cardio and a proper diet.

No I don't actually. Some isometrics but you know what has made all of the difference - rolling, stretching and activation just around my workouts. Especially the stability work. We gain more mobility when our body feels stable!
