I never sense an elitist athlete vibe from these videos and you are outstanding at breaking down each exercise for all levels. I appreciate the time you put into each video and may you know that you are helping people to transform themselves into something a little better even if the steps are small.

This is the second day in a row that my family will be eating oatmeal for dinner since I am once again distracted by trying out Cori's workouts! I'm loving this and on too much of an endorphine rush to care about all of the complaints on dinner ;-)
As a physio focused on acute rehab I feel that I know a lot about technique and physiology but not a lot about actual personal trainer style fitness programmes (the more you know, the more confusing it all becomes unless you're focussing on rehabbing a certain thing). I've been searching for a fitness professional to help guide my own progression, who I feel really knows what they're talking about. You have filled that void, thank you.
Hi Coach! By regularly posting your videos you're constantly motivating us to keep in shape especially in such circumstances. They inspire me to work against losing gains and also preventing gaining undesired weight by sitting around all day. 99% of the videos I’ve seen tonight called strength exercises cardio. Not only did you give real cardio bodyweight exercises you were thorough with relevant information on top of that. Definitely earned one more subscriber! Excellent work!

Feeling the right muscles working is key. Too often we try a harder variation just to do the harder variation thinking it will produce better results. But regress to progress!
Love your commitment, delivery and enthusiasm....I´m 63...been active throughout...work outs include isotonic, isometric, step cardio, bands, etc. Your videos fine tune and condition the body above and beyond....awesome!

I do love bodyweight - one thing that hampers me is my rheumatic issues. Some days are better than others. I have to spin to make sure I get my cardio in the various PowerZone states I do in the week. However - in a vacuum, Cory is totally correct. :) Great resource for training advice.
And you should spin and run and such if you enjoy it! BUT for those that don't, or for those that can't get outside and don't have equipment, there is always a way to still get results!

I meant there's days I do this stuff and it's great - and then days when I be like "I got my rest let's make it happen" and I do one jump move and the body says "nope". I do make the modifications. I agree with you completely. I am more frustrated than anything.
Your best aerobic exercises are are great if I were 25 again. Anything ideas for older people with arthritis? I love most of you fitness suggestions but this is over the top for me.
Going to save this video and gradually grow with some of these workouts. Right now my bum knee is making its presence felt so anything resembling squats is out 😣
Hi I am finding that most of your videos are structured around athletes, and for younger age groups. Some of us including myself can not sit upwards with legs stretching out. We all have to be guided from a starting point to get anywhere near you are demonstrating. Thanks 😊

Thank you! So glad the videos help! The banana split looks very silly I know but you'll be amazed at how much you feel your abs during the sit up in the middle as well as your obliques working to prevent you from rolling over as well as pulling you back center!
These are GREAT exercises!!!!!! I don't like running.... only because my neighborhood has too much traffic, and horrible sidewalks. And forget about me even thinkin, of goin running in the winter time. lol But I can do all of these in my basement😊😊😊all season.
Cori, Excellent cardio workout for home that works for accessory muscles and flexibility. I run 4 miles a day. Have used your 25 balance drills to help me learn Trials Moto Riding. A 78 can learn new tricks too. Thank you very much, Bruce from Yuba

Tried all these (except 🍌 - mucky garage floor!) today as part of some lockdown circuits. I like the creativity in your moves, which give a really good ‘bang for buck’. The crawl sit throughs were much more difficult than I expected! Next time, I need to move them to the front of the workout, to give them the quality they need. Thanks, Cori. 💪

Cory, great video with very creative variations. The science of fitness training has come so far in the last 10 years its hard to believe! You are truly inspirational! Unfortunately, after more than 30 years of military service my feet, ankles and knees make a lot of these movements challenging but you motivate me to find a way to do what I can. Thanks!

(Losing range of motion) so a lot of these are hard on my big toe with the jarring and jumping back on toes bent (as I only have 30% range with the left big toe. I ,unfortunately, cannot do these without a lot of pain. It's frustrating with the limited toe ...
