- AN UNFORGETTABLE CHRISTMAS IN EDINBURGH// In today's video we take you on a visit to Scotland's capital: Edinburgh! We explore festive Edinburgh and visit iconic Edinburgh Castle which was transformed into a mesmerising spectacle of lights and colour providing the perfect backdrop for this magical place. We visit the Christmas market and last but not least enjoy a festive afternoon tea at the Balmoral Hotel. We give you a room tour of the very special place we stayed at and show you a beautiful tweed shop. If you love tweed you will fall in love with it. Even though we experienced heavy rain throughout, we hope you will still enjoy the video.

Even though the weather was uncooperative for some of your filming, you still managed to provide a gorgeous visit to Edinburgh. Edinburgh was charming, regardless of the weather.
We saw hospitality . There were inviting warm places for teatime. The architecture was beautiful.

But I did walk the Royal Mile and your weekend brought back fond memories. I especially enjoyed your afternoon teas and all the decorations. Thanks so much! Oh trust me, Jörgs umbrella kept turning upside down. We couldn’t use our umbrellas at the castle but the rain and wind were so heavy that we had to leave.
Dear Kirsten and Joerg, You always find the loveliest places to stay, your hotel room was gorgeous. I love dark green/ Hunter green on the walls, it makes a room feel very cosy, especially in Winter. Joerg's tweed jacket is gorgeous,very good quality,as are your boots Kirsten. Please don't apologise for the rain my dears, it's not your fault, and Scotland is usually quite rainy.
