speaking of scary bowling stories, there was a shooting at a bowling alley near me, my teachers friend recalls the gunman pointing his gun at his face while he was on the ground, pulling the trigger, only to realize he ran out of ammo.
Not a horror story, but still genuinely terrifying. I can’t imagine his fear looking down the barrel and the trauma afterward.

Plot twist: These were all the same bowling Alley. Creeper Bob was the guy who was in the bowling alley basement in the second story and the guy who broke into the house in the third.

Wait, the last story sort of confused me, the girlfriend literally said let's get out of here as soon as she saw her EX, and then when they arrive home they hear noises above in the attic and turns out it's some random mental unstable person, that surprises me as I thought it would be her EX or one of the EX's relative.

I really don't see how people are so comfortable with leaving their windows open when they're not home like the OP in the last story 🤦♂️ Good neighborhood or not, you're asking for trouble. Even if some dangerous, predatory or unstable person doesn't decide to squat inside your home or lie in wait until you're vulnerable for an attack, thieves will ransack your house and steal everything of value that isn't nailed down.

In story #3 I seriously thought it was the ex boyfriend sitting in the rocking chair. Kudos to Chip in the second story for saving his friend's life👍🏼. Who knows what might have happened had Chip not interfered.
The second story where the homeless man was in the basement in one of the rooms kind of confused me. I was thinking that maybe the manager locked him up there or he was trying to hide him. The third story was well, I thought it would be the ex boyfriend in the attic, but turns out to some other creepy dude

I like how the stories start out with kids in the first one, teenagers in the second one, and a young couple in the third one making it seem it's the same person narrating their life. The second story played out exactly like a horror movie with a couple of teenagers (who instead of leaving) decide to investigate a mysterious noise and one of them trips over something alerting whoever that was of them. Maybe that's why it's one of my favorite stories from Mr. Nightmare.

I have a funny bowling story.
I moved to New Hampshire just before my 21st birthday. The bowling alley we have is a nice retro place in a city nearby.
After turning 21, maybe the second or third time going there, I bought a Twisted Tea at the bar. A pretty buzzed guy shook my hand and introduced himself as Gary.
Fast forward to the next time I went there. It was me, my parents, and my mom's friend and his wife. 5 people.
I bowled the best game I ever had, beaten only by my dad. There was one specific ball that made it possible I think. I ended up buying it, but it was secondhand and used to belong to someone, and even had their name on it.
The name? Gary.

Your content always leaves me thinking. The depth you bring to is truly inspiring and sets a high bar for my channel.
Bowling horror stories. That's actually a good idea for a new video. The first story tells me if a bowling alley refuses to show any evidence of something relating to an incident. They're only helping the incident happen again in the future. The second story tells me that it's the parent's fault for having those delinquent kids. They shouldn't have snuck into the place at night which tells me they all should've been locked up.
This one really bowled me over. I had a ball. it was right up my alley for horror stories!

One aspect of the first story makes little sense. Even if OP couldn't prove that creepy Bob wasn't the one that grabbed him, they were still able to identify him as the one who was following them. While doing the police report, the PD would be the ones to ask for CCTV footage for the sake of an investigation. The fact that OP can positively identify the suspect is huge. This case should've been solved with ease, especially if the suspect paid for bowling or food/drinks. His name would be on file. There's an extremely high chance that the guy is a predator and/or worse. He should've been investigated. Than again, maybe he was. OP was just a kid at the time, so it makes sense they wouldn't have known all the details. Kinda funny how he was boasting that he wasn't a kid, even though he was only 13, lol.
Location factors in too tbh. It’s possible OP just wasn’t given all the details, but it’s equally possible this is just one of those places that need a literal kidnapping to happen before law enforcement does anything.
@@bluebay1031 while that's definitely true, I get the feeling this isn't the perp's first rodeo. His behavior, at least to me, points towards a repeat offender. He might've gotten arrested before for the same crime. If that's the case, the police would've taken the matter a bit more seriously, even in a rural neighborhood. A license plate number would've been extremely helpful. I'm assuming this happened after the year 2000, which would mean cellphones were a thing a lot of people had. Covert pictures of the car and guy could've streamlined the investigation. But of course I wouldn't expect kids to know that unless their parents taught them.
