U know itachi is that kinda character u would love to just hear talking . Wisdom , experience and knowledge just floats out of that mouth . And this was the end for nagato . Joining jiraya and trusting everything to naruto . Completing the second volume of the story . 💯

Every little glimpse of Itachi's mind is always welcome ! Knowledge and wisdom beyond his years, those were some good point he made to Naruto, you can't do everything alone and can't forget who get you there !! What is amazing is that he doesn't just drop knowledge...he also show that he is using it too by trusting Sasuke to Naruto !
Every time he's on screen he steals the spotlight.

@@redguardoverall6807 It's still talk no jutsu because it changes how Naruto thinks and makes him better. The only other person not Naruto who tried to Talk no jutsu was Obito and Madara, the latter to the former, and Obito to Naruto. And we know the track records of those situations

Hilarious how they start off having to remind themselves what the Sharingan does, then the episode starts with Naruto recalling (for the audience's sake) what Pain's abilities are, and they laugh at that 🤦🤔

Tobi's version of the Paths of Pain still get the visual link that comes with all of their Rinnegan actually being Tobi's Rinnegan, but they also get the visual acuity and photographic properties of the Sharingan as well. Plus, anything they see with the greater clarity of the Sharingan also gets passed through the shared vision.

The sub says that "You don't become a hokage so people will acknowledge you but when the people ackowledge you thats when you become a hokage"

I feel like they should’ve brought back Yahiko as well, maybe even Konan too for the war. Naruto never met Yahiko so it would’ve been interesting to see them interact given how alike they are. Plus it would’ve given Nagato as well as Konan (whose skills would’ve been useful in battle) the chance to reunite with Yahiko after so long as reanimations and then all their spirits be released to the afterlife together, bringing a nicer ending to the Trio’s sad tale of tragedy. A very wasted opportunity honestly
Yeah, it would’ve been cool, but Konan’s body is deep in the sea like Jiraiya, and Kabuto never hear of Yahiko.

@@hiti6753 I think the reason Madara didn’t bring their dna cus he didn’t trust Kabuto. Idk if using them would emotionally effect Naruto tho cus Naruto didn’t seem emotional fighting Nagato, bringing Konan probably wouldn’t make a difference, and Naruto never meet Yahiko, he only heard about him cus of Nagato and Konan.
@@dennyden7612 To be fair, the emotional damage of the reanimations were pretty minimal. The only emotional fight with reanimation in the war was Asuma. The rest seemed like “oh hey, it’s you” and then just end it quickly.
Plus “Madara” could’ve grabbed a piece of hair (DNA) to use for Konan and Yahiko’s reanimation since he was just there. They were both strong enough to deal damage even if it wasn’t emotional.
Side note: Konan’s body was floating, not sinking like Jiraiya’s. So it’s possible to still get her DNA at the time

I actually forgot Konan’s body was floating lol, yea Madara could’ve got her or get some of her hair or whatever from her, but I assume he didn’t get anything from her cus he didn’t want Kabuto to have her. Madara didn’t tell Kabuto he was going to met Konan and he didn’t tell her she was dead either. Madara doesn’t trust him to be considered an ally, so he’s not going show him two other strong shinobi to be reanimated. When he saw what was in the six coffin, he was pretty shocked and pissed cus he was basically being black mailed.
Thats the phrase, "you dont became Hokage to be acknowloged, you became Hokage because you are acknowloged."
This episode and the prior episode really just shows how strong nagito and Itachi really are they weren't even really trying to fight Naruto and killer bee but ended up almost killing the both of them

to be clear, the stimulus for the mangekyo sharingan , is indeed the death of one's best friend. The one to awaken the eyes just doesn't have to be the one to do the deed. The requirement is only to be there personally to experience the death of the person they feel closest to first hand.

The only thing that protected itachi , naruto and bee in this episode was plot armour....nagato could have easily clapped all of 3 them...he is easily a madara and tobi level shinobi...but the show's name is naruto so yeah.

I can understand them not retaining every single piece of information or remembering things completely since they watch so many different shows, and they watch weekly. When I watched Naruto, I binged it. It was the only show I was watching at the time.

1 more thing I have to add is every sharigan has a unique power belonging to the user , like its warping for Tobi ( anagram) , itach with Genjutsu etc
Real quick the sharigan does not progress with "training and maturity" it's whenever the user goes through something traumatic
You're thinking of awakening, not progressing. It awakens through trauma, it progresses with training. For reference, when Sasuke first used his he had 2 tomoe in one eye and 1 in the other. The next time he uses them against Rock Lee he has 2 tomoe in both eyes.
No the tomoes (3 dots) can progress with training. Dont try to school normies when you're a normie yourself

No Itachi is not stronger than Nagato, the only reason they survived the fight against Nagato was because Kabuto erased Nagato's mind had he not erased his mind Nagato would have won

This is such a cool fight, I just wish there was like a "what if" episode with this again but without any shenanigans. Naruto just used like a dozen Clones to fight the war and thus stopped using them in this fight, and Itachi switched sides. This fight again but with Naruto at full power and no Itachi switch would just be epic.
During the Itachi vs Sasuke fight, Itachi said eternal mangekyo sharingan is obtained when you replace your own eyes with your sibling's eyes. Madara transplanted Izuna's eyes after Izuna died. But I've always wondered if it's only btwn siblings, what about sister to brother, or parent to child?
itachi didn’t kill shisui… shisui jumped off a cliff and the emotional damage of having to see his bestfriend die caused itachi to awaken the mangekyou sharingan
This episode did make me realize that Suraj is right. I wish we would got an episode where ALL of the Akatsuki fought together as a group. We saw it in The Road to Ninja Movie but that wasn’t canon.
Because just seeing Pain and Itachi fighting together would have been a way more problem than Itachi and Kisame working together.
Perfect Time to explain the Pain/Nagato's Powers and real life lore behind them
Like many things in Naruto it comes from eastern culture. Rinnegan when translated means "reincarnation eye" or "Samsara eye". Now Samsara is essentially the Hindu and Buddhist cycle of rebirth. And these rebirths/reincarnation are divided into "6 Paths" and each of these paths of reincarnation and forms a cycle that represents realms from life on earth, life in "hell" and life in heaven. All of these are represented in the powers of Pain.
The paths are as follows, Deva, Asura (which are heavenly paths), Human, animal (which are earthly paths), Preda, and Naraka (hell).
(1) So Deva is the Hindu term for heaven/God this power is represented in the Yahiko pain, this power is displayed by letting him seem almost untouchable like a God is, He can at his own will Push things away from him (Almighty push) and brings things towards him (universal pull).
(2) Asura are God like beings in Hinduism, they can have 3 faces and up to 6 arms and create "magical" spirit weapons of great power. This is represented in the pain that has the futuristic tech attached to him, he can create advance weapons just like the Asura and can have multiple faces and arms if it choose to. And the extra face provides better synchronized sight.
(3)Human, the human path is pretty basic but also still strong. As humans are known for having souls. The human path can rip souls out of peoples bodies and gain their information. As seen with what happened to Naruto here
(4)Animal path is also pretty simple, can summon many different types of animal as if they are being reincarnated. And the advantages to doing this is the fact that the animals also provide a visual link, reducing blind spots.
(5)Preda, Preda are creatures in Hindu lore that suffer from a sense of eternal thirst and hunger that can never be quinched. This is the pain that absorbs ninjustu, the fact that all ninjustu are absorbed represents this really well.
(6) And this is the Naraka path. In the Hindu belief Naraka is the equivalent of Hell, And in Naraka resides a King of judgement known as Yama. When someone dies they must present their sins to Yama and if they lie. Yama will rip of their tongue as punishment. And this is represented in the pain that can revive the others, so that things he summons is the king of hell itself granting him the ability to chose to kill or revive.

But... not really though. He’ll forever be stuck sealed instead of going to the afterlife. And we know being sealed is different from the afterlife because none of the Hokage can be revived for that exact reason. Nagato really pulled the short straw because even after the war he’ll never be free

Don’t look up how kakashi got his Mangekyo Sharingan. DONT DO IT. You’ll get tons of spoilers, you are close to some of the reveals too. The show will be dropping a lot of knowledge on the eyes the further you get in the show too.
When you look up sharingan history you are at risk to see reveals that are given later into the war and further out than where your squad is in the show, just a warning.
Theyve already seen how he got it but since its the Normies, they already forgot even though they apparently take notes.
I completely missed the Mangekyo part. They definitely haven't seen that yet. I thought you were talking about when he gets the regular sharingan.

So awesome to see how much stronger nagato is than his pains … controls naruto and killer bee (both able to control their tailed beasts) and gets destroyed by itachi with an ease - that’s one of the things where u can see how damn strong that guy is

the "shisuis eye took 10 years to reactivate" doesn't make much sense
in my oppinion itachi didn't use it directly on sasuke because he had hopes that sasuke would still have the will to protect the village on his own
I think it takes 10 years when other people use it but Shisui can probably do it whenever, Danzo with Hashirama cells could use Shisui's eye once a day

That beginning bit is wrong, there is someone with eternal mangekyo, Madara. They literally talk about how he took his brother's eyes to restore his vision back when he told Sasuke the truth about Itachi. So Madara has eternal Mangekyo and after Sasuke gets Itachi's eyes he will also have eternal mangekyo.

@@kc_h7h no he isn't, at this point they believe, as they should, that the man in the mask IS Madara. When the man in the mask says the truth about itachi and explains how he took his brothers eyes, he also claims he is Madara. At this point in the story they SHOULD be assuming he is Madara and has the eternal mangekyo. Madara is not long dead to a blind viewer at this point in the story.

Itachi's lack of stamina was likely due to him dying from the disease.
Nagato is stronger than itachi, just because itachi use the totsuka blade it’s don’t mean it’s enough to beat nagato
finally entering the 300s now!
After Itachi had his talk with Naruto, it seemed like he was really now at peace.. he would have made an awesome teacher/master for Naruto.. to recognise his failure in the method he used to save the village.. and to want to right the wrong he did to Sasuke for Sasuke..
An a lesson to us all that even when those aorund us makes us feel like we should just do everything ourselves whether from anger or the need to protect, it is still best to not give up on hope, trust, love, and patience...

The totska blade itachi has seals targets stabbed with it for all eternity in a genjutsu like a drunken stupor. So it's like being horribly drunk and sealed away forever. It was explained when orochimaru was sealed
Itachi the goat! and he has low stamina issues because he had a respiratory disease. Madara even said that Itachi was sufferring from an illness when he told the truth to Sasuke.
Itachi is wise well beyond his years, he had to make a truly horrible choice and I'm pretty sure he wondered every single day if he could've made a better choice if had just a little more time
But the story of Itachi isn't over, and u guys are gonna love what is coming, ain't gonna tell ya though you fools, you fools! :D

16:46 see when itachi told about comrades to naruto he didn't think sasuke that kinda reminds that he just want him back as they were reincarnation of ashura and indra and they were gonna end up fighting and killling each other so the cycle of hatred continues as nagato mentioned.Naruto want to break that cycle just like that nothing more nothing less and sakura and itachi pushed him towards his obsession.Naruto and shikamaru and naruto and gaara have best friendship.
What i loved about itachi is that he too realised a lot of things like to accomplish his mission he massacred his own people but doesn't kill kabuto his enemy next time he has a mission and that comes back his good deed of not killing kabuto comes back soo later kabuto saves sasuke lifes

Itachi is really my favorite Character in this show. He is always calm has a plan for everything and can deliver wisdome with every line he speaks.
Also killing Kabuto would not stop the Reanimation Justus. You either have to seal all that he controls or he has to undo it by himself. So Itachi with his neraly perfect Genjutsu, unlimited Chakra and a Body that cant die and regnerate is really the biggest threat to Kabuto now.
I think its sad that Itachi destroyed Shisuis Eye. I think it could have been useful somehow but than again rather destory it know instead of it falling into someones hands later.

i don't get why people think sasuke is only good if he becomes like a puppet for itachi and just does exaclty what he wants. the episode prior even says how sasuke is allowed to be a different person than itachi. why would sasuke wanting to take revenge on konoha who encouraged itachi to kill his clan and oppressed the uchiha not be an understandable motive. y'all hear that and offer no sympathy
