Come on Tallgeese is the quintessential intended mass production which became an Ace unit with the cheaper and less harmful to pilots Leo built instead while the Gundam scientists went off and produced Wing Zero to counter it, decided Wing Zero was too powerful and then produced their individual Gundams based on Wing Zero. So Tallgeese was essentially the direct grandfather of the Gundam suits!

Not really. Even Grahams Flag needed heavy modifications just to even keep up with it. And performance wise it never reached the Gundams, Graham only managed that later with his MS as Mr. Bushido, even then he was outperformed by the 00 Gundam

As for mobile suit, I'd have to go for the Schwalbe graze, I know the regin graze is an upgrade compared to it, but the suit itself is legitimately cool looking and did some good in battles, such as with Ein piloting Galileos Schwalbe graze and for the most part staying one step ahead of shino twice.

Jean-Luc Martel well Patrick did get to pilot the gn-x's plus he does seem to improve over time, unlike Iok who gets worst and worst over time, heck if he was an opponent in Gundam battle operations with an ace unit like the zamel, that large long range mobile Suit from Gundam stardust memory, I would probably wreck him with gm combat type.

Jean-Luc Martel he did cause major damage to lockon from season 1 and was one of the pilots that was selected for the gn-X.

To be fair on the Reginlaze, it only got deployed more during the latter half of S2. It could have easily became mainstay following the events of IBO
That's the only issues I have with the video. The Reginlaze is going to be the new standard for Gallaghorn. It just that the development was relatively recent and mainly in response to the increase in Mobile Suit activity within non-Gallaghorn controlled regions.

It actually is. If you watch the epilogue when it shows the Gjallarhorn base on Earth you see Reginlazes spread all over. Heck they might even be the only MS there...

Yeah. I think only five Tallgeese were constructed before they basically downsized it into the Leo. Being expensive to make and giving pilots heart attacks was kind of a deal breaker.

I just looked it up on the Gundam Wiki, and it said the Tallgeese Valkyrie only appeared in Build Fighters. It also didn't say how many Tallgeese were made in the AC universe, so I've no idea how factual it is.

Aiman Hafeez the GAT-S02R N Dagger N is a limited production version of the GAT-X207 Blitz, produced by Acteon industries, and directly sponsored by LOGOS/Blue Cosmos/The Clan.
So basically, the EA has been producing mobile suits with systems that are illegal under the Junius Treaty LONG before the DOM Trooper and ZAKU Warrior test type was conceptualized, but after the Treaty has gone into effect.

I like how when you were talking about zaft not wanting to use mirage colloid because it was illegal you showed the Earth Alliance's Blitz Dagger. Zaft may have been afraid to break the junius treaty but Blue Cosmos and by extension the earth alliance certainly weren't.

Important to note that while the Reginlaze was rolling out, the Schwalbe Graze remained relevant to Gjallarhorn as was seen fighting and even besting pirates alongside Tekkadan. It was (forgot his name) chocolate man's righthand dude that piloted it as he got the Graze Ritter.

I REALLY loved Graham Akers Custom Union Flag, with the right pilot you could potentially beat a Gundam with it.

The Jenice from X deserves a mention, it was made into various custom tailored machines for different pilots, especially from Vulture groups (Ennil El primary example). Believe it or not, the Leo from Wing was also fashioned into ace units in the G-Unit side story, into the Leo N, Leo R and Leo S for the Stardust Knight aces.
Very few people give the Leo the credit it deserves.

They didn't even try to make them look unique compared to Zeon's.

considering All Gundam AU came from the same roots but different directions in history so maybe the the design is already there but the right energy to power the machime is not existed yet

I’m pretty sure more than 18 units were made. I definitely agree there was less than 50, but in IBO you can clearly see some destroyed in battles before the climax of the show, and Julieta’s unit was comprised of at least 12 of them. And Iok’s body guards had them. Then Macy killed a hand full in his last fight as well.

In my school vr game the gnxs became only ace units when there main gnx facilities where destroyed by a golem made of relics creating a 5:5 megahertz earthquake it and also the gnxs lossing a total of 59 gnxs to the els
No mentions of the Gouf Ignited? That MS competed directly against the Zaku Warrior in regards to ZAFT's next generation mobile suit program, but lost out against it due to being significantly more expensive. However, ZAFT was still impressed by the GOUF Ignited's performance and relegated it to an ace pilot role.
Also, it's basically the Gouf Custom but for Cosmic Era.
One thing that I believe made ZAFT choose the Zaku Warriror over the Dom original spec type, was the weapons it was supposed to wield. A belt fed bazooka with a builtin beam gun is likely going to be a fairly expensive weapon, not to mention large. The Dom in its original form was also a very ammunition focused unit, its melee weapon used huge disposable drill bits as tips, it could only carry a max of 8 iirc. The Zaku just had smaller more contemporary weapons, a beam rifle and a much smaller beam ax (not including the weapons on the wizard packs). I would have picked the Zaku too.
Unless Terminal made the dom to begin with and just presented a version that wouldn't make it, so they could produce the intended design at a later date, after having ZAFT do the bulk of the R&D work.
That would be clever of terminal if they did that.

SEED was okay initially up until Kira got the Freedom. From then until the end of SEED Destiny, it just goes downhill very fast. Though, SEED Destiny had some initial promise of leveling things out e with a new cast before that got tossed out because people wanted the old cast back.

I really want to say the Flag, but it apparently is the main mobile suit used by the Union. I just don't remember seeing that many of them. The only ones that were an actual threat were the ones piloted by so called ace pilots, but it seems like every single one of them received a custom tuned-up flag.
Cgues look amazing. I used one in SDGO nearly 90% of the time for PvP until GOUF Ignited came into play. As for missions I used the Cgue or GuAIZ depending on the difficulty. More so used GuAIZ Repair Type for Expert missions as a healing support.

Wait, the HG00 Sergei Tieren Taozi is actually the All Terrain Type?
Yeah its a common misconception.
Specifically the All Regions Type was made from the Taozi's data and to allow the unit to also support GN Beam Weapons. Essentially up-gunning the unit while not requiring the unit to use a more expensive GN Drive Tau. Plus it let them use the old parts in a new machine to quickly reinforce and make a garrison use machine.

The Leo is still my Fave mass produced unit.
When it comes to Wing "grunt"/mass-produced MS, my own favorite would probably be the Taurus. Leo would come in second in that regard. The Taurus was so versatile that with a skilled pilot even a Gundam could have trouble with it, and it's ability to freely shift between MS & MA forms gave it an additional bit of versatility. The Leo is more straightforward, but it's still a sturdy and reliable MS both on the ground and in space, especially with a skilled pilot.

Schwalbe Grace, it was elegant and looked the coolest. GN-X series comes second, I just loved its evolution and it looks sinister. I also liked the fact that their speed and power is good enough to match the Most powerful of Gundams and MS.

GN-X, Jesta, and Graze are my favorite mass produced grunt suits.

Yo the RX-16OS-2 Byarlant and MS18E kampfer . they should have been produced more. They both proved to hold 6 or more suits at least . snd was only seen once or twice

One thing I don't get about zaft when they keep the Dom and take out the mirage colloid and also have the zaku cuz I could be more of a space type combat unit so I'm going to be more of a ground type combat unit but still can be operating space along with the zaku
Colloid Particles is Comsic Era's magic particles. it can render things invisble, bend beams, push water and shred things apart.
but i believe the reason why Colloid particle is banned is due to Mirage Colloid is an undetectable form of Cloaking. if the Earth feds/Blue Cosmos was smart... instead of deploying those giant Geschmeidig Panzer tubes, they could have equipped slow drifting Nukes equipped with a proximity sensor that would push it away from obstacles until it reached the Plants.
the only thing to make those nukes visible is to scatter colloid Particles which isnt very practical.
Actually quantum com systems can disrupt the mirage coloid system. The Astray Red Frame had the system at some point.
I'm not sure if there's a strong enough correlation, but would the Taurus suit count for this? It was designed with the purpose of being a mass produced mobile doll suit and wound up in the hands of some pilots who could be considered Aces such as Lucrezia Noin and Trowa Barton.
Schwalbe Graze in a heartbeat. Except maybe with a slightly heavier-hitting rifle and a longsword from one of Carta's Grazes.
The great thing is, with IBO Hg extra weapon kits you can do just that and put on your shelf to display.

The Hyakuren, Hyakuri, and Hekija would be a better fit than the Reginlaze as the Epilogue for IBO shows Reginlaze as Gjallarhorn's mainstay MS. The ones deployed at the end of the series, which if you pay attention are the commanders of MS squads of 1 Reginlaze & 2 Grazes, are mostly to gather data and as a slow rollout of the units. The 2 we see most, Iok & Monkey Girl, are in the Data collection category. Hence why they are equipped with prototype weapons.
Edit: Also the All Region Type Tieren despite being 'Limited Production' was made in high numbers. The main difference in its designation was the fact that the All Region Type didn't have a dedicated production line nor facility. Instead it was mostly made from old machines and their parts where it was to be deployed as a garrison unit.

When I saw DOM seed ver has been on the list, I thought I would have seen WINDAM as well. WINDAM is a beast considering the fact it overperforms Strike

I heard that before the Strike Freedom was created and had it's data stolen from ZAFT it was meant to be a prototype machine for mass production.
Unfortunately, the Cosmic Era as a whole is just a mess where things can't seem to remain consistent. The Strike Freedom itself had pretty much *nothing* known about it when it first debuted and stuff only started coming out bit by bit (from various sources, hence the inconsistencies) in the *years* after SEED Destiny finished and some of it *still* doesn't make sense.
I kind of disagree on the reginlaze part, as there was no way there was only 18 units produced, for in the later half of Ibo season 2 you can see several regular reginlazes serving along side grazes in space and ground battles
