OP's part was done after her conversation regarding screwing BIL before getting together with and marrying her husband. She knows nothing about the dynamics between BIL and his wife behind closed doors and risks airing their PRIVATE lives for the entire world to see out of some selfish desire to be the "savior". The reality is that there won't be any tickertape parades, feasts held in her honor, and receiving the 'key to the city'. She'll be the meddlesome villain. A busybody who can't let sleeping dogs lay.
