    By 9 months you can introduce some new flavors of food and more textures. Oatmeal is an excellent food for babies. Baby Food Oatmeal is rich in essential nutrients such as fiber, proteins, and vitamins. You can combine oats with fruits for 9 months baby.
    Here we share some yummy and healthy Baby Food Oatmeal for 9 months baby :
    Recipe 1 | Baby Food Oatmeal with Apple and Cinnamon
    Ingredients :
    1/4 cup oats
    1/2 ripe apple
    a pinch of cinnamon
    1 cup Water
    Breast milk or Formula
    How To :
    Wash, peel and grate the apple Then puree until you get the desired consistency.
    Use a ripe apple for a natural sweetener
    Apples are a great source of fiber and easy to digest
    Apples contain antioxidants and good for the immune system
    Bring 1 cup of water to boil
    Add the grated Apple
    Then add the oats
    Add a pinch of cinnamon
    Stirring frequently
    Cook until the mixture is thick and creamy
    hmm... the smell is so good :)
    Cooking is done
    Mash them with the back of a spoon
    For younger babies, blend them with blender
    Add breast milk or formula to thin the oatmeal until desired consistency
    The next recipe is tasty pear oatmeal with dates and clove
    Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal is ready :)

    Recipe 2 | Baby Food Oatmeal with Pear, Dates, and Cloves
    Ingredients :
    1/4 cup oats
    1/2 ripe pear
    2 Dates
    1 cup water
    a pinch of ground cloves
    Breast milk or Formula
    How To :
    Chop the Dates
    Dates are the excellent natural sweetener
    Dates contain iron, calcium, & minerals
    Wash, peel and grate the Pear
    Pears are rich in potassium, fiber & vit C
    Pears also good to boost the immune system
    Bring 1 cup of water to boil
    Steps are the same as that of Oatmeal Apple
    Add the grated Pear
    Add the chopped Dates
    Then add the Oats
    Add ground cloves
    Cloves will give a good flavor and warm
    Stirring frequently
    Cook for 5 minutes or until the mixture is thick
    well done
    Recipe 3 | Baby Food Oatmeal with Blueberries & Dates
    Ingredients :
    1/4 cup oats
    Blueberries
    2 Dates
    1 cup water
    Breast milk or Formula
    How To
    Mash the blueberries with a fork
    Blueberries are a good source of antioxidants, potassium, fiber, and zinc
    Blueberries also rich in vit A, E, K, B-complex
    Chop the Dates
    Bring 1 cup of water to boil
    Add the chopped Dates
    Add the oats
    Cook about 3 minutes
    Then add the mashed blueberries
    Cook for another 1 or 2 minutes or until the mixture is creamy
    Yummy Blueberries... Babies love them :)

    Recipe 4 | Baby Food Oatmeal with Banana & Cheese
    Ingredients :
    1/4 cup oats
    1/2 ripe banana
    3/4 cup water
    1 tbsp cheese
    Breast milk or Formula
    Bring 1 cup of water to boil
    Add the oats
    Oatmeal banana tastes yummy and sweet without adding sugar
    Adding cheese to more taste and boost the nutrient
    Mash the Banana with a fork and combine with oats

      Hi Tahmina Ali, you can store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 2 days. I don't suggest freezing oatmeal because changes the texture.

      I use Asda own dried oats that are 70p per pack .
      One table spoon of oats and 4 table spoons of formula/breast milk.
      Mix together and microwave for 20 seconds
      Stir and then microwave for another 20 seconds.
      Then they are done . Let cool a little and enjoy .
      You could boil apple and blend it and keep it in fridge and use for the next few days each morning with oats you make fresh .
      *tip* I blend my oats in a blender to make them smaller and then keep in a air tight container. Then on a morning you can just grab a spoon full of oats from your jar and pre made blended apple (if you wanted apple) and it’s less work.
