      Anthony Yap do you know if some teachers have try those skills with real grapplers? I wonder if it is efficient with anyone even with someone who has heavy roots on the floor.
      Or even with a boxer, i mean with very short and fast touching.

      @@francoisg.4339 Thank you for your support, I don’t know about grapplers. Heavy roots mean if you put one pc of 30kgs big stone on floor and if you put 30kgs of water in a 70cm diameter bag on floor then you try to curry the stone and curry the water how you feel? What is your feeling difference? Why? For me I don’t think Taiji is good for real fighting gong fu because Taiji people never train to be beaten, a good street fighter must be able to be beat. If one punch already KO then how to fight? Taiji has the secret of Taiji, if a boxer add in his practices with Taiji theory and the other don’t, which one do you think will be better? Taiji focus in soft, from soft can increase our sensitivity, only soft body can have good stability. My focus of taiji is Self-cultivation and healthy body.

      Anthony Yap thank you for your answer. I like the picture of the stone and bag of water. I think taiji is like water bag, more difficult to move, adapting naturally, right ? 🙂 I will think about this.
      I read that the first taiji masters in yang style where also part of the bodyguards of chinese royal family. If it is true, then they were probably very efficient practicioners in real fight.
      But it should not be the goal. For me good health and peaceful mind are enough goals 🙂
      Be fine Anthony!

    • @AnthonyYap2828
      @AnthonyYap2828  Před 3 lety +4

      Frankly speaking, Mr. Huang has practiced Tai Chi for more than 40 years, and he has been able to practice his whole body muscles looseness are all average, and he also understands the use of Qi. Do you understand what I mean by "muscle looseness are all average?" For example, the air pressure in the yoga ball is the same regardless at all corner, this is what I mean average. Being able to accept the opponent's force evenly up and down, and practice to bounce back the force evenly up and down. This is like a yoga ball falling from a high altitude to the ground. When the ball hits the ground, the air pressure inside the ball deforms, and the air pressure needs to return to the average then the ball bounces from the ground again, this is physics. How can we rebound if our body is not lose (Song)? When have you seen a stone bounce from the ground? Don't forget that the ball is filled with Qi, so our body can be relaxed and soft, and relax space for for our Qi to move.
      坦白说黄老师已经练习40多年的太极,已经可以练到整个身体肌肉的松度都很平均,也了解了用气。你明白我的意思什么是“肌肉的松度都很平均吗?”比如说瑜伽球内的气无论那个角落都是一样的气压,这就是平均。能够上下很平均的接受对方的力,练到上下很平均的把力反弹回去,这就是像瑜伽球从高空跌下地,当球到地是是球内的气压变形,在气压要转回平均的时候球又从地弹上,这就是物理。要是我们的身体没练松如何能弹呢?几时看过石头会从地弹起?别忘记球内装的是气,所以我们的身体松柔气才得行,有了空间气才有地方可以行。

      Many people will say it's fake when they see a video like this. In fact, why do we need to fake it? The reason why the opponent jumps is because when the master presses hard on him the Jin pass down to the soles of his feet, he start losing his balance. In order to stand firm, his legs become very stiff. When he is stiff, he will jump. Jumping and jumping because the Jin is still continually.

      According to my understanding, but not necessarily right, think about it yourself, when we are soft then we can rebound, Just like the tires of a car, why is there air in the tires? No water, or cement? This is physics, If our body is very stiff, can it rebound? Thank you for your support.

      Hi Anthony 你好,請問你的中文名是什麼?現在多人都用master or grandmaster 我們所說的大師。在我們華人是稱呼老師(teacher),太師(grand teacher),great grand teacher 祖師。我們可以當老師,不要當大師,要永遠當個學生的態度。推手好不等於自由散好。太極拳只會推手不會散打那還不算是進入武术境界.在我的學會跟我學比較久的學生我都有教他們散打。黃老師早期都有教一百零八步定步散打。用他做基本基础去練自由散打。最近有幾位太極大師給人打到落花流水。是因為他們用推手去和人散打.一點散打经验都沒,被打也是活該。
