  • Do you know the experience of this image? Actually is the center, He completes a measurement value. So as when you practicing, every time in your training each of your postures, you see! Always said…Say what this sentence that is “FORCE LEVELING SYSTEM”. What is LEVELING? That is Scales, in each movement is the scale moving. What is shifting? Shift our body center point, look at this when I move, What is the actual? Look! Sinking shoulder and elbow.....shoulder and elbow. Balance on the center of gravity, you still flexible....still can flexible. It flow from where? This shoulder flowing, to the other shoulder. After finish flowing look at this time postured, it’s ready! Now INTENTION, QI... is the key point. So now when an action is done, what’s we add in? As everyone said we must “EXTERNAL THREE COOPERATION”. Shoulder and waist, Hand and foot, elbow and knee, after placed, the “EXTERNAL THREE COOPERATION” Cooperated. When you release it, it will be "INNER THREE COOPERATION”
    You do every action the same, Look at it.... come back! Every action is the same, you see! Actually it is here start transform, you see coming here later. Look, his pushed over here, Up to this step, transform now. Transformed, transform to upper part, this hand (Left) is fixed. If you reach here still keep pushing (Left) then this is “HARD HAND”. Therefore, it is "YANG" (Positive) move and "YIN" static, Remember this main point. YANG move, YIN is static. In our push hands it mean like this too. In our push hands it mean like this too YANG move, YIN is static. Everyone watching, so when this hand is covered, it is “static”.Don't use it to push! When I want to hit him it’s my YI, QI. YI, QI! YI, QI. Don't mind him, your finger... When your finger touched him, you look at your own finger. You look at your fingers and like your lips self-merging, where got so many word! No need request his hand to touch up and down, Grab people to fight, No need to. Like this, Wherever, Wherever all accurate, wherever all accurate, wherever all accurate, so in your normal practicing, do it like this. That mean handle the principle, don’t worry about how his hand presses on you, you push...push...push. It’s here equal to pushing you incite to JIN, The one who push not much benefit, Pushed by others learn faster. Pushed by others learn faster, so we stop here, See it? You see at here, awhile SPLITTED (LIE) him, you see, Can you see it? You see, Every time he “LU” Ignore him, just shocking JIN, so every time you much be vanguard, when he want to push you don’t against him. Retreat!Wait for power timing finished then push back, Place it, any placement can FA (Push). You are faster than him, besides you just use a finger. See, you always hear say a finger HIT OUT INCH POWER. Place and holding out then in, this is power point, what is INCH POWER? Touching theory. Place on, same as the tip of the finger, He takes fast, the same. All this principle, all this principle, so where ever he touch, touched...you see! Now FA (explode), His gives his hand to you this is a very big principle in it, Equal to you using his hand completely. Don't think that he is pushing you
    He helps you! Help you overcome your weak point, understand? So he punched, Pushed up to here, You grab here, Push hand...distance…speed. Look at this, There is no distance in the shape, there is a distance in my heart. Distance in your heart, understand? Look at it, after this touch, its finished open. No more power? This YANG is moving first, when head move, Can you blocking it? Head....Do you know? Here this is something you can't think of, here. The head move, foot back first, the teacher say
    Talk about the word “ASSIST”. Forward, Backward…MIND, EXPECT, STABLE. After his hand blocking at me, no point, so you are not using your hand to push, you take your heart to push, here, you see! Here has a distance, here has a distance, see my hand, and he touched my hand. This step method, Look at my back of my body, look! When I move, just a move “Tango”, You See! He did blocked, Just a move, see “Tango”, when it is moving “Tango”, a move “Tango”. So if your hand after touching by the other party
    It’s confrontation! Soft! Trance! Or Intermittent! You handle this Gong Fu knowledge, so you hand need to be light. To fall other, what you push is the way, you see! Inside here! You see, this is internally.Can't see from the outside, what you see from outside are all fake. It’s all fake, you see !Real one no action yet, that is the bullet inside, When you holding the gun and fight, that is fooled. Can't fight like that, use the bullet. YI and QI be the bullet, He block this direction, look, you see! This confrontation force can be hit, see! Towards there, how much, right? I slanting attract, out from portion now. You are focused on him now, Straight force... right?

      @stefanschleps8758 Great recommendations! Love them both and I am enrolled in Sifu Liang De Hua's online program. Another great option is Sifu Sergio. The third part of his curriculum is the entire unarmed old Yang Style of Tian Zhaolin, training partner and adopted brother of Yang Shaohou. I joined Sifu Liang's school because of the authentic lineage through Gu Lushing who was inner door with both Yang Shaohou and Yang Cheng Fu. Both schools are teaching Yang Family Ba Duan Jin and all of the other advanced neigong. Been trying to learn authentic Old Yang Style for 32 years haha. Blessed time with high quality video streaming and generous teachers willing to share once closely guarded secrets for half the price of a local in-person Tai Chi instructor. All three of these Sifus are friends too by the way. Respect. Cheers 🙏

    • @greg6509
      @greg6509 Před rokem +1

      @@ChristianoSts Yes, I believe so. I still go to my local Tai Chi place the best in my City. So in person, I'm doing Old Road Chen Style and "Traditional" Yang Cheng Fu Style 88/103/108 and weekly push hands class. I think it's important to push hands with partners and just find someone willing to do the "boring" traditional push hands sensitivity training that Sifu Liang is teaching. To develop the different high level Jins doesn't happen overnight. And to learn to have someone stick to you "magnetically" is going to require many hundreds of hours of patience partner practice. Sifu Liang Dehua is definitely teaching everything step by step week after week though. Already, he's taught much Neigong I hadn't learned before from my various in person instructors. His is pure Original Yang Style stuff. No Fukien White Crane Neigong mixed in. Not that that is bad. Master Huang's taijiquan/white crane combo stuff rocks Otherwise I wouldn't be watching him or Adam Mizner stuff. Bruce Kumar Francis just always put fear into me about practicing vibrating Fujian White Crane Neigong to power your taijiquan as he started breaking bones and going crazy when he was practicing it haha. But recognize that's also likely the same Neigong that Okinawan Karate founders learned. So it may be the person's temperament as when I met Bruce in person I never knew if he was going to correct my form or pummel me haha. He just has that intimidating scary vibe haha. That being said, Bruce is also knowledgeable instructor but did not master sticking jin/magnetic hands according to his book. I'm going to eventually join Sifu Sergio's online school to get the Huang Lineage white crane neigong too, Master Sam Tam's system and top priority for me Tian Zhaolin forms and Neigong. I think the Gu Lüping/ Lisheng lineage of Sifu Liang Dehua and Tian Zhaolin's lineage give us the most authentic stuff as to what Yang Luchan and his two sons were doing. If you're just looking for pure old Yang style with no fillers or alterations, than Sifu Liang Dehua's program is going through the entire system from the very basics on day 1. I'm about 2/3 of just 1 year in and we're just going to begin the Yang family Baduan Jin now. But we've already done neigong where he's teaching how to adhere the chi to the spine, yin/yang separate bone from flesh, etc...and giving much better explanations on internals and Tai Chi principles than I've learned in the past. I will say Bruce's old Yang Style program was very good too. I don't know if there's anybody who asks you to do more neigong simultaneously than Bruce haha. But if you're an Old Yang Style purist, I think Gu Lüping lineage is as pure as it gets. Although, I'm equally excited to learn Tian Zhaolin lineage with Sifu Sergio which may be equally complete. Sifu Sergio answered me that it's after 2 years into his online school before you start that third pillar of Tian Zhaolin original yang curriculum. I have no doubt all of his three pillars have value though. Great guy very sincere and kind. As well as Sifu Liang Dehua. They both have great character you can tell. Hope that helps you! I'm grateful for all my teachers. For me learning the original Yang Style is like my Indiana Jones adventure haha 🙏

    i guess leveling here means balance. balancing out the body would be the word of choice for me. so shifting the weight means also shifting the center of gravity with the extremities positioned in a way to maintain balance. this is also the reason why practice should be not too fast, so you have the time to observe where the parts of the body needs to move to maintain that balance. doing it sometimes faster will give you an idea of the whole movement, doing it slower will give you precision in the movement.
    doing it too fast and you lose control over the balance/precision, doing it to slow and you might lose the connection to the intended movement.
    then jin skilles of that guy are impressive. takes a very long time and a skilled teacher to get there.
    thanks

    • @johndough8115
      @johndough8115 Před 3 lety +2

      Not really. Tai Chi can be applied slow or fast. Its practiced slow, to develop a persons body in a special way (Internal Strength + Super Tendons). It also develops surgical precision and superconscious awareness.
      After you have developed these things slowly for a long enough period of time... you can apply them at full speed, without any issues in your accuracy. Your sensitivity and awareness will not suffer... as touch can be felt and recognized instantly, without any processing delays (unlike visual processing delays).
      That said... most people lack the patience to endure the many 1hr sessions that would lead to such results. That.. and because they are often doing the exercises improperly. For example... simply waiving the arms easily through the air... rather than putting your entire mass into your arms. TC uses the power of the Ground, super tendons, leverage, balance, sensitivity, and quick twitch muscles.

      Sorry but you can only learn this from a teacher who can show you correct form and structure. Essentially it comes from developing a root, sinking the qi and being totally song (uniformly soft but not floppy). The body then generates or dissolves incoming force over all internal and external structures using a large surface area to generate large force from small internal movement.

    Straight force... right? You don't have to strengthen and fight with him, so he feels very comfortable. Inside feels comfortable too and not heat up your hand. No need you push me I push you, Make troubled NOSE GREEN FACE SWELLING. Not that thing, Very light... very light, you see! You touch me, still touch me, see! Touch... touch...Just touch, so when he touches you, actually no more, it’s empty. Its mean he alone keep on pushing, “Empty”! So in the pushing I already mastered you, highly ideological analytical. After push, you will be the one who observe the push, Locked, right aim, this is coming over, can you see it? What you see is an illusion. So this touches, return back, He reaches out his hand everywhere all hand, He touched on my this hand. This shifts slightly, middle shifts, this move, Move! You touch here, move there, come with your shoulders, so I “LEAN” (Kao) “LEAN” (Kao).
    When it “LEAN” finished on the POLE, Shifting hide as deep as better, Hide your shift become an illusion... illusion. That... hahahaha! When you FA (push), he can’t even beware, fast, too fast. You are not ready I already past from here, People can see. So this is Vision...hearing...and feeling! Feel, detect other, isn’t it more hidden? ATTRACT IN AND FALL EMPTILY, Is it empty?
    Empty then I FA, when I release, just excited, just now the palm. That palm... palm, so you practice Taiji
    It’s the heart that’s practicing... it’s the heart. TEMPER and LIFE, Recovery back you’re TEMPER, you see!
    So you must sink your shoulder, right? The explanation finish!

      沉肩坠肘…..沉肩坠肘, 平衡重心上. 你这还能活….还能够活, 他从那儿流动过来的?
      这肩部流动, 到肩. 流动完以后你看这时候摆好了, 现在用意,气…这就是关键.所以现在一个动作做的时候, 要参加了什么?大家说的要“外三合”. 肩…胯..手与足合,肘与膝合,这搁以后,“外三合”合好了。放的时候就“内三合”, 你把每个动作都一样。你看….回来,每个动作都一样,你看。其是到这儿来转换,你看到这来以后。你看这推过来了,到这步位了,转换了,转换了转到上面了。这手是固定的,你到这推,这就是“硬手” 。所以说是“阳”阳动,“阴”静。把这主要观点记住,阳是动的,阴是静的分推手当中也是这意思。推手当中也是这个阳在动,阴是静的
      大家观摩一下 ,所以这个手遮着的时候是“静”的。不拿他去推,要打他的时候是我的意,气
      意,气。意,气 。不要理你,你手指头….你手指头一碰到他。你看你手指头,你看着你手指头而唇边自合,那多话。不用做讨着手去模上摸下,抢人家打位,不用!你这样,那都,那都准,那都准,那都准,所以平常练的时候呢就这样了。等于把理抓住,在他手别管他怎么按到你,你推…推…推,在这等于推你时你在将劲。推的那个长的不多,被推的长的快,被推的长的快,就到这了,看到吗?你看在这我等,一会儿被挒着了,你看,看到吗?,你看。他每捋不如应他就是震劲,所以你老走他头顶,他想推你的时候别反劲,撤呀!等好力量推出去,你这样就搁哪儿你就发,你比他快。另外你们就一个指头,看你老听,说一个指头打寸力,这力量如搁着他拿出去后,他就发点。什么叫寸力?摸的理由,搁着, 手指尖一样,他拿的快,一样。都这道理,都这道理
      所以他摸哪儿 , 摸到…你看!这就发吧,他手给多大道理,等于把他的手完全用上,你不要以为他给你推,他帮助你呢!帮你克服缺点知道吗?所以他拳打来,推到这了,你抢到这了,推手...距离..比速度,这你看看。形里没距离,咱心里有距离,心上的距离知道吗?你看看,这摸好以后,开完了,没发力了吧?这阳先动,头一动,你挡的住了吗?头….知道吗?这你想不到的,这
      头动脚先回。这老师讲呢,辅助,就谈到这的词,进退…顾盼定。他手一封死以后,没用
      所以你也不是在手推了,你拿心去推,这,你看!这有距离,这有距离,咱们手你看,他摸着我的手,这步方法。看我背后你看,我一动就一动Tango,你看啊!他没堵住, Tango一动你看,Tango一动的时候,Tango一动,所以你的手呢给对方摸好以后。是顶呀!是柔呀!是呆呀!
      还是断续呀!你掌握着这功夫,所以你手要轻 ,是把对方倒,你推的是方式,你看!这里头呢!你看,这是里头。外形看不出来,你看外边都是假的,都是假的,你看!真的还没打,那就是里头那个子弹,你拿枪跟着拼的时候那是上当了。不能拼死了,要用那子弹,意气为子弹。他这方向可以挡, 你看…你看!这顶力可以打, 你看!往那…多少…对吗?我斜引…出局了。你这样出着力到他身上去了,出直力…是吗?你不用跟他玩命干着,所以他感觉也很舒服,里内感觉也舒服。也没手烫,大家也不用你推我也好,闹的鼻青脸肿的,不是那东西。很轻巧…很轻巧你看,你摸我…还摸我呢, 你看!摸…摸…摸就是,所以他摸你的时候,其是都没有了, 空的。等于他一个人在发力
      !“空”,所以在用当中我已掌握你了,思想高度分析,推挤完以后你就执场,你看!锁住…右喵…这就过来了, 看道吗? 你看见的是假像,所以这一碰这就回去了,他伸手无处不是手。他摸我这手,这稍移,这中移,动移,动!你摸在这动在哪儿,跟肩来…跟肩来, 我就“靠” “靠”
      一“靠”就杆上完!转形隐藏越深越好,把行移隐藏起来变成假像,假像。那…哈哈哈哈!
      你发的时候触不及防,快太快!你没准备好我从这过去,人看的见。所以这就是视觉…听觉…跟感觉,感觉,侦踏对方哪。是不是更隐藏? 引进落空,空了吗?空我的发, 我放的时候,就激动起刚才那个掌。那掌…掌, 所以你练太极拳,就练的是心…练的是心性,性跟命!性收回了你看,所以你要沉肩,对吧?解释完了!

    他是把人體外空間能量發人,若有明師指導,学生有天份3~4年應掌握了怎樣運作,但只是知怎樣運作,要與片中大師咁大程量就師傅伴著去煉,等內炁煉大才有片中師傅這般用到得心應手。內炁不是身體內裏的炁,我指這個內炁是太自然的炁,可以說從地球大氣層到地面或地深處這距離稱為內,所以修煉太極要天人合一,不是練太極拳係修煉太極,練和煉有分别,太極拳和修太極也有分別

    Xing that you translated as heart- also mean mind. In this context it means heart and mind. You use your internal feeling and your mind to sense the quality, direction and softness (yin) or hardness (yang) of the other persons energy and then direct energy into any weakness in the structure of the other person. Not by pushing but by shifting weight, rotation of the hips, and finally by extension of the arms. He is using small circle subtle energy where there is minimal movement required. What is meant by 'not pushing'? It means you do not use muscular force but sinking and the elastic quality of your fascia and qi flow.

      Tai Chi is complex, and hard to describe verbally. That is further complicated by trying to translate it from Chinese, into broken English. I know what hes doing, but trying to understand the poor translations... is even a stretch for me. That said, both he, and the video uploader, made the attempt to translate the basics level of information.
      Beyond that... the best way to gain skills, is the Earn them. That included seeking out an actual master that is capable of doing the same... and getting a personal demo. Most of them will give a general explanation... but if you want these skills... you still will need a few years of dedication to attain them. Complaining will never get you anywhere. And... Even if you knew the information in full detail... it would still be largely useless to you. Knowledge without supervised training, tends to yield poor / non-working results.
