I cant even begin to tell you how much this helped me, especially the pulling your shoulders down to get out of the bucket. Thank you so much

Great tips here.
Really Good Cues! I love the Left arm cue especially...I had never considered that before. I get to try it tomorrow at a Masters Competition!

Great video man
Thanks Man!
thank you
Hi, for some reason I can do all the drills, I can do the bubhaka, and the rollback extension, but I just cant seem to get inverted. I think the reason I cant get inverted is because I don't put my back parallel to the ground, rather its more perpendicular when I swing my legs to the pole. Is this the case? Right now I am just trying to figure out what can be a problem and so far, that is the only thing I can find. Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
I noticed that you pointed your toes once were inverted my coach always tells me to keep my feet flat. does it ange much either way?
Zachary Farnham
I honestly do not think it matters all that much. It is good to strike the ground flat when on the runways, so maybe your coach wants to prevent pointing the toes all around. Thus, the emphasis on keeping your feet flat up top. It's more of a preference thing, but your coach is in charge so if listen to what they are telling you to do!
Hope this helps!
College Conundrums thank you!
Great video, but I think the forward push with your arms is why you aren't getting fully inverted. It tends to get you stuck only 80% of the way through the swing. Just my opinion...
Thanks for sharing, I agree that the forward push alone will not complete the swing. The energy needs to be moving in a circular motion from the hands to the feet and continuous all the way through. That concept is a bit more difficult to explain and this video is not going to explain that concept in full detail. Its just a way for vaulters to develop more exercises and a little more understanding on how the swing works.

Great tutorials. Instead of "right" or "left" arms you should say "trailing" and "leading". No everyone vaults right handed
Thank you this helped so much with things I can do to improve. I was so frustrated because I couldn’t get inverted and this is going to help so much!
you called it the l position i can't go further of that it's 2 years and no progression at all you got any tips/drills to make sure my hips go high aswell??
Yo Florian😁

This is how to make your swing up stronger and with better technique czcams.com/video/n6KtZMX24b4/video.html
Good videos but in them you start your turn too late. You should be combining the inversion and turn together. When you reach the highest point of your inversion, you should be turned and pushing upward away from the ground to enter the jackknife.
Your rich as fuck
