Built by KHA SHING ENTERPRISES, Taiwan. A 45 years Well known shipyard for quality and custom built yachts. (Builder of OFFSHORE Yachts, Monte Fino Yachts and Hargrave Yachts) Seaworthy, Strong vessel that built to an exceptional high quality and attention to details. She is in AS NEW condition! With only 1150 hours on the main engines and 900 hrs. on her Generators. (March 2023) Her hull is composite GRP using Vinyl Ester resin and Carbon Fiber reinforcements at the bow area. What a fantastic vessel, engine room beautiful worth every penny.
Came across this brand in our marina a couple years ago. Ever since then has been our favourite boat. Nothing about it as ostentatious. It’s all class and utility. Just lovely!

YMB: The closets in this excellent example of "Choy Lee" /style construction. A lot of Cedar, which minimizes the possibility of Moths. THAT engine room was so clean, that I thought you had George Lucas's help playing with the Video/clean-up. Stainless steel motor mounts (!!) When you pulled up the floor in the engine room I noticed a bit of dirt, which is a good thing in this case.
Who ever buys this Yacht, will be very happy.

Note to YMB. in the intro at 50 seconds in, you have misspelled the word SKIP. You have it spelled SKEEP, (which is how you pronounce the word, but when printed does not give a good impression".) Considering the great detail and love YOU have for yachting / brokering and the number of superior yachts you have shown on your channel. this is a small detail, but important.
Obvious English is not his primary language so most will understand.

There is no way for the crew to get to their bunks or the engine room through the inside of the boat? What if there's a storm?

And there are some contradictions in the characteristics - it is indicated that the hull is planing (powerful engines) and the extremely low speed of the displacement vessel?! What's wrong here? I would like to buy a boat from you someday!
