Visiting Chicago with my family and my aunt took us to this game. 2nd Cubs game of my life and boy, that was one of the most satisfying endings to any game I’ve been to.

Wish they would’ve shown all three outs from the top of the 8th that was such an important part and awesome job by Fulmer! Also weird not to show the first two runners getting on in the bottom of the 9th
MLB highlights get lazy in the later innings while showing meaningless outs from the first 2 innings. It's annoying.
I knew when the Cubs held them scoreless with the bases loaded and nobody out that they still had a chance. Had the Sox plated a run or two (as they should have in that scenario) the Cubs likely go down quietly.
I totally agree not showing that half inning isn’t right bc it had such a huge impact on momentum.
Fulmer went thru the heart of the White Sox order - nobody out - bases loaded & made it look easy.
Crazy how that Nick Madrigal pinch hit HR started it. Cubbies gotta keep this energy going for sure! SHEESH 🔥🔥
Fulmer striking out the side with the bases loaded is what started it all. We don’t have a chance without him doing that.
@@nflmal4116 Earlier in the season they would have gone to the 8th down 6-0 with the way Fulmer was pitching. He has really straightened up his act.
This CANNOT be overstated. Striking out the side with bases loaded no outs is absolutely tide changing for the cubs there.
What a finish, had to clock in at my job and left them down 3-0 when i came out from work saw this finish and made my night and day 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. We still on the fight lets go 🧸Cubbies 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
