ELCAS2015

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Sept. 2015) - Seabees assigned to Amphibious Construction Battalion (PHIBCB) 2, construct 480 feet of the Elevated Causeway System (ELCAS) aboard Joint Expeditionary Little Creek during a ELCAS construction exercise. ELCAS is a modular pier system capable to being constructed up to 3000 feet past the surf zone for logistics over the shore missions.
