I will give someone who is struggling with the road all the time and space they need but queue-jumping tailgater bullies, I do not encourage those people. They get a big thumbs down from me.

NATE DIMWIT: this is just one of those things. If you're going to overtake stationary cars, fast, you have to be careful. YOU do. They can look, then start to turn, THEN you pop up at the side of them. There was plenty of room to leave more room for the cars too, wasn't like you were threading a needle. Doesn't matter if he is in the wrong, you are in the wrong, or some kind of 50/50. You'll be the one with a broken spine and regrets, at worst they'll have fender damage and an Excess to pay.
It's called filtering and they feel entitled to ride any way they like.

@@TheCaptain7190 Yes, but it is also perfectly legal to use all of that space to his right to make himself more visible. If you want to stand on your rights to ride where it's actively dangerous to do so and there is a safer alternative available, suck up the injuries that come with it.
@@ianmason. Yes he could have kept a bigger distance from the car because any experienced rider knows that far too many of them are injured or worse by irresponsible car drivers. But that doesn't change the fact that had there been a collision here the car driver would have been 100% to blame. You have conveniently ignored that fact and instead vented your dislike of bikers and tried to blame the whole incident on the rider.
@@TheCaptain7190 I didn't ascribe any blame, you imagined that. Also I'm not commenting as someone who dislikes bikers, you also imagined that. In fact I used to be a motorcycle dispatch rider in London and managed to come out of that alive and uninjured which must say something positive about my biking abilities as many of my mates didn't. You sound like you have quite the chip on your shoulder.
For the record, I don't think either insurance or the police would ascribe 100% of the blame to the car driver there had it become an actual collision. I think they'd both go for 50/50.

Agree - why accelerate quite quickly towards the roundabout, knowing there maybe others that want to move to the lane? Still filter, but just slower and aware of risks.

@@muttly1301 theres not even a need to "filter". the entire right lane is open. he should be making himself far more visible by being in the middle of the other lane... but he wants to jump the traffic, so he cant do that. so instead he drives in everyones blind spot, and then complains when they cant see him...

@@johnaphone Rubbish. If the biker feels the need to use that bit of the road to feel safe, slow down, hang back and wait for a safe overtake. I do it all the time and while it's a minor inconvenience to wait for them, it's just that - a _minor_ inconvenience.

I don't know what the biker was meant to have done to her but her cutting him up on the roundabout was ridiculous considering he's a vulnerable road user and she certainly isn't with a gurt metal box around her protecting her whiney arse.

I’m not defending the woman but mate you were also dangerous in parts.
I can understand the motorcyclists frustration, the woman was driving dangerous close. However the motorcyclist does not help things saying she is a lunatic when he is overtaking on the wrong side of the road and on sections where there are zig zags near pedestrian crossing points, which carry a min of £100 fine and 3 penalty points for contravening pedestrian crossing regulations. The woman driver was driving without due care and attention, which can be a magistrates court summons.

Well, since you brought the cough up, the latest research from South Korea, Seoul to be exact, showed that 30% of the population showed varied levels & symptoms of psychosis after CV19 and/or the jab.
Of that 30% 15% had not recovered after 3 months.
So YES there are a great number of people who really are on the path of eventually doing something really bad.

The motorcyclist with the Ka wasn’t great either, riding on the wrong side of the road. Yes she was up is ass and has anger issues but it’s quite funny how she did exactly what so many motorcyclists do and put herself to his right at the front of a queue, which is not allowed; the motorcyclist got a taste of his own medicine and didn’t like how it tasted!
That first bike needs to do his actual test. He overtook that car so close, in the blind spot then moaned when he nearly got hit. More training will help him or the tar mac will teach him. The rider trolling that woman was just as stupid as her. They'd make a great couple.

@@garyboyle695 There are such things as blind spots, the AA, the RAC, the Highway Code - they all mention them. You should get taught about blind spots and how to check them when you are learning, if you don't know how to do this there are loads of resources out there or perhaps book a lesson or two with a professional instructor.

@2:59 biker is on roundabout getting cut up by batty nutty car lady .so at that point the biker was on the correct side of the road. @ 3 :07 biker gets along side and yells at nutty lady which is hardly surprising the way she is driving cutting him up like a loon. , at this point the traffic does start coming towards him and at no point is he near enough to oncoming traffic for it to be a issue because he has now tucked behind nutty lady to make her famous.

@@garyboyle695Why would you indicate in your lane? Before the bike overtakes @0:27 the offset of the car clearly shows they want to be on the right side of the lane. The lane doesn't split until later @0:31. You don't really want to be indicating at that point as it's then confusing which way you are intending to go on the roundabout.
I suspect police response wasn't posted because they probably told him that the road markings guidance told him to merge back into the lane. So you shouldn't really be attempting and overtake at that point.

To the 1st clip maybe the biker needs to stay in lane and wait in traffic like everyone else and don't ride so close to vehicles on your left. The Kia was approaching the lane they want to be in. Mr biker you asked for a big accident waiting to happen and you would be at fault. Are you still alive if you read this? Lets hope Durham police has looked into it and they are just laughing at you.
Know this roundabout very well and I'd guess the motorcyclist was on way home from college. Was going to agree with you. The bike filtering should not be allowed to cross into the oncoming lane just to take a shortcut. It is a roundabout known for congestion. And everyone who uses it is aware of it.

I experienced road rage a few months ago, after I "dared" to blow the horn at a moron who didn't give way to the right on a mini roundabout.
He stopped, got out and I thought "he's going to attack me", so I picked up the mobile phone and told him "You are on button push away from the police being called". He swore repeatedly, walked away and proceeded to drive along a busy road at 10 mph, wanting to inconvenience me and he was possibly hoping to get me to try to overtake. I DIDN'T but the idiot behind me DID try to overtake, only to be met by an HGV round the bend!
See how things can spiral out of control? (I did a 360 around the next roundabout to allow the traffic behind to make normal progress, as he could no longer see me behind him.)
There are some real NUTTERS out there.....
