He’s back! The vocal was spot-on, and he worked the choreography so well! Such a memorable and meaningful song, and Bryan nailed it!
Although I'm an old rocker the show is called The Voice.
There is no one on this show probably for quite a while that has the vocal dynamics of this man
This song completely brought me back to watching MTV in the 90s.
Bryan does so great starting acapella. Love the big choir sound around him & he kept the focus. This worked so well in his voice, he nailed the choreo, pulled off the big notes. This was a celebration. Enjoyed it.

I LOVED this. I could really hear a trademark Bryan voice here. He's a born performer. Very hard to make this song make me forget George - it's so iconic - but you did it.

God no, thing is many people can't sing Careless whisper like the original and not to tell you I've heard versions of Careless Whisper without the saxophone and it was a massive dissapointment. So I'm glad he didn't do that song and did this one instead. It would've been way too risky.

I thought it was an okay song choice but not the best. We dont really need to see him dancing and running up and down stairs. There were no exciting wailing high notes in this piece. I dont see him winning with this song.
I'm so confused by this. This song is completely within Bryan's vocal capabilities, but the type of rock affects he sings with are completely out of place here. Even the styling and staging are incongruous with the song.
Yeah, Bryan sounded good on the song. But, the song was a strange song pick (presumably) by John Legend. It's a great song. It just seemed strange for a rocker to sing it.
I agree. I think he pulled it off but (IMHO) I can think of several other song choices that would have showcased his excellent voice better. I felt there were too many others singing along.
