This reminds me of my family, they brought themselves a brand new brand new phone and eat the most delicious food ever while they gave me a second hand China fake tablet and only eat poor man's food like dried fish and only give me leftover rice while they eat newly cooked rice.
The part that I hated the most was that he had a way to solve the issue of starvation for most of the people in North Korea. Rabbits happen to be the easiest to breed and since they are able to breed quickly can solve the issue of a lack of meat for a starving population quickly. If he managed to teach his people how to farm and breed the rabbits from the German rabbit breeder. He could have resolved the issue of meat quickly. Kim instead had them all cooked for a single banquet.

There is a large disparity between rich and poor everywhere in the world, but unfortunately the poor suckers in NK have it as worse as you can get. If you are jobless in NK, you get punished by the regime. Hell, they can't even complain about it on the internet..... because no one in NK has access to the internet.... as well as clean water, 24 hour electricity and other things. The average NK makes 1300 dollars a year and it doesn't matter if you are a doctor, you get paid fuck all and have no rights to do anything about it. Go to Yeonmi Parks youtube channel and listen to some of her stories. They are crazy!

I live in a crappy row home in a really bad neighborhood that’s about 1500 square feet of living space with a postage stamp yard. I drive a 2019 Chevy Spark (they’re great on gas) and I got my piano for $100 on Craigslist. It’s an ugly blonde wood veneer that has a huge chunk missing on one side, some of the keys are chipped and it’s missing the music stand but it works and it sounds okay. The most expensive piece of jewelry I own is a bracelet from Tiffany’s my husband bought me with some of his inheritance after his parents passed away. But otherwise we spend all our money on bills. We can rarely afford anything even remotely lavish. We’ve never even had a honeymoon (we’ve been married over 24 years) and our last “vacation” was when we drive with my in-laws to FL to see my brother-in-law get married the first time. That was in 1998… And I live in the US, “land of opportunity”! This fat joker is spending worse than our government on such ridiculous, meaningless things while his people live in squalor and are starving! He makes me sick… The only good thing is that you know he’s eventually going to run his country right into the ground and maybe that will be the end of the Kim dynasty for good and those poor people can finally get a fair shake.

First, they've been brainwashed in the Cult of Kim and don't want things to change because their Supreme Leader says everything is perfect. Second, if they get caught trying to change things not only do they go into a labor camp, but their children and grandchildren do as well. There's a three generation punishment system there.
