I still didn't understand the main part of return is the address... Where will the customer send the product they want to return... Cause as it's completely online business I don't want that product delivered in my house

This video is really just so-so. Spent too much time explaining things not directly to the point. I didn't ask how to change my refund policy, or what to do about COD. It is good to suggest it and say info on that is in another video. How do I create a return, or refund,? without charging the customer? That's the title of your video. Knowing how to create an exchange would help too. Sorry, but you would help yourself if your vocal was less sleepy.
