The extra detailing(push rods and plywood interior sections) and paintwork(tricky masking) make this an awesome project. End result is a beautiful race plane from the past. Well done. Bill
Nice kit build review! . Good job making this model more accurate ( brass tubbing for the engine, thin layer plywood for the cockpit and the music wire for rigging) :)
How did you attach or glue on the brass tubing? Also, I have what looks like the plastic wheel hubs in my kit plus two other wheels that look more like rubber.
Richard, I find it easiest to use some gel type superglue with an accelerant on brass parts. Those hobs are from a different version of the kit. PS, please help us reach more modelers by subscribing if you haven't done so already. -Doug
It's kits like this that keep me away due to the rigging. There are so many beautiful WWI aircraft that I would love to build, but i can't do rigging-that's a fine art or skill that I don't have. Would you consider making a 'How to do rigging" video tutorial? That would give me the confidence.
Dh - There's a couple ways to do rigging. A product called EZ Line is pretty easy to use. It stretches and keeps it's shape. Fine guitar string or .010 metal or fiber rod stock works pretty good too. -Doug

If you mess up Williams Brothers decals, replacements are usually available on their website.
