@@zychanellLMAOOO sum that helped me was using less setting powder and also using setting spray on top. so like once ur setting powder has set, js spraying a bit of setting spray on top. im not like a professional but hopefully this does something to help u 😭

So the second setting powder was skin toned (like a tan or honey, or banana?) vs. the first being translucent or ? I see the technique though. ❤
