Can we appreciate how they emulated every joker while voicing this?
Zeyne as The Joker did a fantastic job in voicing all of them so effortlessly! It was truly a pleasure and a wonder watching him pull these voices off.
“Any writer could write you, any actor could play you. All they’d need to do is make up their own version and people will applaud. But no one will actually ever applaud you.”
That is a genius line given how many different depictions there have been of the joker, how many actors have played such a role. This is basically a subtle form of meta commentary on how the Joker is treated as a fictional character. Always celebrating the actor, never the character itself.
That's the thing about the Joker. People think they're celebrating the character when they're really celebrating the actor. Everyone thinks the Joker is this super deep amazing character but there's not a lot of connecting thread between Mark Hamil's and Heath Ledger's, the two most beloved by a longshot.
That so true, the Joker movie wouldn’t have been that good if Joaquin Phoenix was Joker. In every Joker related story, it’s the writers or the actors carrying the character, not the character themself.
I like that Joker is being a massive troll, but instead of a Batman who just shuts him up, Superman just lets him run his mouth and it becomes apparent that there's a reason Joker _was a failed comedian_
Edit: I also like that Superman found the "Shop at the same hot topic" funny. That was a good joke, considering how Gotham is
I love this scene. Writers write the Joker as so unflappable and unbeatable. It's good to see good writers actually showing how he's just a silly chump.
That said, Superman is still a little too edgy here. Not into the death threat.
Meh!Superman has done worse to jackasses. It's perfectly who he is.What are you supposed to do to a guy that uses murder as playtime and another guy who uses these monsters for his petty manipulative controlling mind games
The Sigma Superman vs The Gamer Joker.
Daaam prefect title
The single most realistic take on Superman vs The Joker ever.
More of this please! Audio comics kick ass!
Superman is so underrated.
🤔You know superman would probably have the same kind of discussion with homelander if they ever met.
Indeed
Superman to homelander : You are a dissapointment i am what you could never be not because i am more powerful but because of the person you are .
@@godking homelander can never catch up to superman
"Unlike Batman, I don't have a code. I just *generally* don't like killing people. But keep pushing me and I might do something that will surprise you. Now get the hell out of my city."(glowing red eyes). When Superman's eyes glow red and he tells you to back the FK off, you obey. Unless you are wearing a New Genesis suit that allows you to punch planets apart and is armed with Kryptonite lasers, it's truly over for you.
Lexy, "And I'll have you know it cost a pretty penny too."
"Blowing a lot of dough to kill one farmer from Kanas."
Now that's MY Superman. Wish we could get a theatrical or television version
I don't care about the edginess, this is a truly amazing Superman story.
Yes!! I'm glad superman called out batman's bullshit and his dangerous obsession with joker.
And they say supes is boring
Stay in your lane, Joker😄
Add "making you feel insecure" to the list of Superman's powers.
Considering he’s literally better than any human. Yeah, that tracks.
can we have a non-lego game with this superman please? Well before the death treat part? You know, a game with a non-evil-superman?
Superman, in issue 14 of the Adventures of Superman miniseries story "The Sound of One Hand Clapping". The Spectre, in issue 51 of his early 2000s series in which he temporarily restored the Joker's conscience and made him experience all the guilt and remorse for everything he'd ever done all at once.
This is The Superman Treatment Cavil Should've gotten
This explain the motivation for the Joker in Injustice . Joker knows why his their in Metropolis his actually a secret fan boy of Soups
"Any writer could write you. Any actor play you. All they need to do is make up their own version and people will applaud."
Whoever wrote that line clearly never saw Jared Leto's interpretation of the Joker. Just sayin'...
This comic was released approximately two years before Suicide Squad.
Some of the dialogue is admittingly a little wooden (the dialogue, not the voice acting), but I really enjoy the idea of a powerful superhero like Superman dismissing a chaotic neutral type villain.
Makes Batman, and Injustice Supes, look like chumps. He's so confidently disinterested. He plays along a little too hard for the Joker before completely belittling him.
👈😏This is like the best case scenario to the start of the injustice game.
At least he does act like there are three Jokers fighting for control of the wheel.
His criminal showmanship.
His bloodlust.
HIs nihilism.
So awesome. Loved the quality and the effort with the VO. Great job.
Wow thanks a lot guys! Means along that you enjoyed it!!! Thank you so much!
Congratulations. Sounds cool.
excellent voice acting keep making content
This was awesome 👏
This was so good lmao superman is really nukber one bro
How very very cool
Always impressed with you, galle!
Sucks that Max Landis is a piece of shit, because this is actually pretty good.
Also, Zeyne is doing a pretty great Mark Hamill impression. Can't really comment on the other Jokers, but the Hamill was impressive.
The only one that jarred was Cesar Romero, since he didn't play up his roots in the role.
Great comic, great choice acting! Thanks, keep going!
Finally there is superman, whoactually uses his powers and brain, intead of being dumb brute that never thinks beforehand.
To be honest 99 times out of a 100 his powers alone aere enough to solve the issue at hand. He has super intelligence he simply does not need to use it most of the time.
Great job man!
Loved it
Great work! I hope that you decide to do more.
Thanks a lot Garth!!! Oh I’m writing the next one! I’m excited for it too and it’s gonna be great! Haha!
This was awesome. Great job
Good job man! Would love to collab if possible
im scared to find out of jokers origin is true or false. he got so offended it might be true but at the same time its the joker
the hot topic joke was funny but Superman doesn't get this mad, I'm fine with how he treated Joker but Batman and him felt a little extreme and out of character. Then again I think this was Batman, Superman and Joker's beginnings.
Great joker not just hamill
"i dont have a code"
superman....doesnt have a code?
the big blue boyscout? are ya sure we're talking about the same character here?
No, he’s just generally a nice person. He doesn’t need a code for that, it’s a core facet of who he is.
@@Randomyoutuber-4831 he does have a code
he doesnt resort to violence unless necessary, he always holds back to protect people and property, he doesnt (or at least tries not to) kill, etc etc
just because someone is a nice person doesnt mean they dont have a personal set of rules they abide by
@arthur myself i have never read a comment so dumb and so wrong before
Congrats, im genuinely impressed
@arthur myself a protesting moron will still be a moron
@@mrroboshadow after reading my post that only said superman and Batman would never allow a killer such as Joker to continue killing.
I deleted it.
Its a comical story about a comic character.
Have a nice day
So were there real bombs? I thought Batman would have made sure they were inactive just incase so nobody could be hurt.
I believe the bombs were real but Batman knew Superman would be able to find them all and had it under control. Batman rides that fine line.
@@galleghost I imagine so though it could be a very high risks considring if one blew up it'd be partially on him
MEAN WHILE IN THE INJUSTICE UNIVERSE!
Joker hurt Superman in a way he never knew was possible!
That’s because that’s a badly written Superman. This Superman, and any other well written Superman wouldn’t snap and just become a dictator. He might or might now kill the joker, but that’s as far as he would go or wouldn’t go. But he wouldn’t become a dictator, he wouldn’t lose himself. He’ll grieve, but he won’t become anything like injustice Superman did. Injustice Superman is a story of a Batman fan writing what would happen if Batman’s villain hurt Superman thinking Batman is more morally tough and correct than Superman, when that’s far from the truth
Injustice Superman was never Superman
Who ever wrote this comic wasn't a very big fan of the joker I see.
I respectfully disagree. I think they're a Joker fan, but keep in mind this is also Joker going against Superman and the criticism is coming from someone as capable as Superman, but the writing does call out that a lot of the mainstream is in love with the idea of a Joker given his vagueness (by choice) so it's just a brutal dismantling and harsh criticism by Superman.
@@galleghost I mean I kinda see where you're coming from but I stand by what I said. 1rst like superman said jokers plan was absolutely stupid I dare say borderline retarded, which isn't how the joker operates ever all his plans are usually perfectly plan a tailored to his enemies weaknesses. I mean joker did absolutely NO Research what so ever on this plan. He didn't even know that superman could see the emspectrum or that he had heat vision so the writer made no attempt to even portray jokers intelligence,
2nd there's no way batman would ever do something like that I mean don't get me wrong bats is a jerk but he's not a super villain they took bats way out of character.
I could keep going on. But Tl:Dr. Who ever wrote this comic wasn't a very big joker fan
