  • After installing the three-piece deck in the Hellfire, I found some excessive flex in the chassis. I decided to take the Hellfire for a spin to see how this flex affects the spur gear and clutch bell. Check out this video and find out how the test went.

Hey mate, just wondering how those shock towers for the HPI Vorza S Buggy were coming along? Just bent my front one and I was wondering how far away the new ones were, I'd hate to buy HPI Genuine only to hear the new towers are out.
    Cheers my friend

@kylarstern Hey man unfortunately I won’t be releasing them for a few months. I could make you a set if you like but they are untested. Let me know what you’d like. If I do order them it will take a few weeks to manufacture.
Also I have some spring options for you (I saw your Facebook post).
      The Kyosho springs front
      IFS001-7515
      Kyosho springs rear
      IFS001-815

@@dracoprecision You Sir, are a Gentleman. Thank you for the spring options, that means a lot to me. I've been out of the game for 30 years, and I was a bit stuck with the suspension.
As far as the Towers go, I don't mind being a test subject for you at all!
How much would a set of front and rear set me back?

@kylarstern You are probably looking at around 70US for the pair plus shipping.

@@dracoprecision Really? That's not much at all!!
That's only a couple of more dollars then I pay for HPI Genuine.
The deciding factor is going to be the post, where will it be coming from? I'm in Australia, if you could possibly get a general idea on postage for me I would be very grateful. You would have more of an idea on your end as far as weights go.
Thank you my friend, this means a lot

You’re welcome man. I’m in Japan so it’s about 25US for EMS shipping to
Aussie. So total is around $100US including shipping.
