Nelson Mandela's eldest daughter, Makaziwe, has told the BBC of the final days of her father's life. She said that although he hardly opened his eyes, she was sure he was able to hear his family. Ms Mandela said the greatest thing he had taught her, and the world, was the courage to forgive.
