    Nice mix of warm up and Qi Gong. I especially like the part from what I know as the 8 Brocades-the archer. Was in Portugal for a while and just got back into the routine.

    I watched your performance at a martial arts event in Italy, I think, from some years ago. Inspiring, Maestro. Sections of that type of practice broken up into 20 minute classes would really interest me.
