- The richest and fastest CAKE in 10 minutes! Italian Recipe! Simple and very tasty
✅ Ingredients:
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
150 grams of sugar (3/4 cup)
120 g yogurt or sour cream (1/2 cup)
50 ml of milk (1/4 cup)
150 g butter (2/3 cup)
320 g flour (2 cups + 2/3 cup)
15 g of baking powder (1 tablespoon)
1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla
-------------
150 g of walnuts
3 tablespoons of sugar
60g butter
Bake at 175°C (35 to 40 minutes).

What a great European winter cake ...I just made it (and it's in the oven) because it's winter over here in NZ. It's a cake my grandmother used to make for us all her life, back in Europe. It is great to be reconnected with this recipe this way and as soon as i saw this video i had to make it. Thank you - much love and joy.
