Ingredients:
4 eggs (separate the egg whites from the yolks)
Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Cornstarch (maizena) - 3 tablespoons
1.5 cups Greek yogurt (400 g)
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Powdered sugar for sprinkling.
shape 18cm
Cook for 30 minutes at 160C then 10 minutes at 140C
leave to cool in the oven
