The 13 Heavens in Aztec Mythology

This time around we'll be going over the Thirteen Heavens in Aztec mythology. If you thought the Underworld had too many levels, wait until you hear about the multiple heavens stacked on top of each other. The thing is though, most people don't end up in these heavens. Instead, they are the home of the powerful deities that control our world.

Kinda like the seven lokas of hindu beliefs.
It's also cool that the highest aztec heaven was wholesome, since the creator God watches over babies for all eternity as its own children.
People forget that besides violence and sacrifices, the Mexica and their neighbours also believed in nicer things too.
