Ingredien
* Toriya -
* Oil (तेल) - 1 Tbsp
* heeng - 1 pinch.
*garlic(लहसुन)- 8-9
* Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Onion (प्याज) - 2 Nos.
* Tomato (टमाटर) - Some
* Ridge Gourd (तोरई) - As Required
* Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - Some
* Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
* Salt (नमक) - Some
* Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞 𝐏𝐲𝐚𝐣 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐢, keep the kadai for heating and add Oil,heeng, Cumin Seeds, chopped garlic, chopped Onion, Torai, Tomato, Salt, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder, and Turmeric Powder. Don't stir till the Torai releases the Water. Then stir occasionally, cover half, and cook on a slow flame. Garnish with Coriander Leaves, and enjoy with Rice and Salad.
