1:45 to climb the rope I would suggest this:
1. Bring your controller to the bottom
2. Hold the trigger for a split second
3. During the split second raise the controller to the top
4. Immediately let go of the trigger again
5. Rinse and repeat
I found this out while carrying a sledgehammer on my left hand and a rope on my right
Btw for ropes u could use the slide grip

You know you can hold jump while you are holding a wall or rope to jump on top of something... and you dont need your left hand to jump, too
you cant just without the jump button.

Quest controller, one controller means, joystick for moving around, pressing in kicks, A to open magic, B to go slowed, grip to grab something and trigger to adjust your grip.

I could’ve but that would’ve made the challenge easier.
Bro I play this EVERY day with one hand cuz we lost the other controller and yes you can beat it while it is difficult it's possible I've done it A LOT of times

1:50 you’re doing it wrong. Slide your hand up the rope (SLIDE) as fast as you can then let go of slide
I will try this, the method I use has been successful with 2 hands, not with one though 😅
