hey brotha! They looked like they replaced the units. The link for the og version now takes you to V2. I went on the hunt for v1 and looks the same for most places. Found a 1080 g1 w/ 550 motor on Redcats ebay store for like $45. Seemed like a good deal.. plan on using the motor on another ride. Thanks for the vids btw. just entered the scene

Yes sir didn't see on eBay but got from redcat wanted the magnetic mounts for impala also which made shipping free.

factory motor actually pretty good, nothing special but with Hobbywing its smooth
