Thanks for the set list.
I Never get tired of The Gods of Metal
Boobs were better in the 90s
Nothing better priest and titties
Thanks for the list…..i think one of the weakest Priest ever played…...without Victims, Sinner, Riding, Freewheel, Rapid Fire, Genocide….i cant believe it.
Rob is the epitome of a metal singer. No one is like him!
My neighbors love Painkiller´s Judas Priest era specially
It's impossible to sing like this for 90-100 minutes. That just killed his voice. I remember seeing them for the first time in Moscow in 2005. The way Halford performed touch of evil was unbelievable. He was screaming his lungs out. Even thou it was obviously painful for him he was doing his best and him crying out "you're possessing me" still gives me shivers
halford began as an opera singer, trained his voice long ago..one of the best ever
@@robantonicelli3502 He was never an opera singer. Read his book.
I was in this concert at Irvine Meadows .. Sweet memories. May Glenn Tipton recover and live in peace. A guitar hero for all ages :-(
Cool....
No doubt Glenn Tipton is one of the best ever.
I was at this show too, lemmy did a love song when he played.
I snuck into this show.took me all night long to get up front.but I did and I got kk downing pick
Absolutely No Doubt About It (Judas Priest) Hands Down The Best Heavy Metal 🤘 Band Of All Time ! 👍😎
Hats off to Ian Hill. Left side of the stage, in the "dark", machined gun his bass, like a bomber "forgoten" Tail Gunner!!!
Rumor has it his boots are nailed to the stage.
No Ian Hill footage was harmed making this video.
Because they successfully avoided showing almost no footage of the founding member of the band.
Bass players are people too.
He's quieter than John Myung
@@norpriest521 who? Never heard anything from the guy. Lol
@@iamalpharius9483
Ian Hill
@@norpriest521 no....it was a joke. Neither of them come through in the mix very well so I made a joke about not knowing who it was.
.
I am a bassist and it KILLS me when amazing or just SOLID bassists like Hill arent louder.
@Richard Skipper I mean, sure...I've been playing and recording for over 35 years and there are plenty of times that I've just thought it was just perfect for me to lay back in the mix.
It works for them. But, as a big fan I just would have liked to hear that thunder a bit louder.
I feel ya.
In that moment and with those members Judas was unbeatable.
Rob Halford...such a great Metalsinger!!!👏👏👏👏👏😊
I saw Priest in 1986 in Buffalo.
We had complimentary standing room floor passes. I was leaning on the pa's at the base of the stage when Rob came out riding his Harley right in front of me.
I was always a Judas Priest fan before that.
But after that concert, I had a new respect for that band. It was the second best concert I ever saw. They were amazing.
An even bigger surprise was Cinderella, who jammed like their lives depended on it.
I DID NOT CARE FOR CINDERELLA BEFORE THAT SHOW.
But they were a completely different band live than their studio albums.
Then I saw Priest perform their British Steele album a few years ago.
They were still top notch 30 years later.
Rob is an animal on stage!
Priest proving why they are the Metal Gods. They are about in their 40's here and rock as heavy if not heavier then younger bands. Robs voice is a pinnacle all it's own. Glad Scott adds what was lost since Simon and Les helmed the kit. Got to see Fight live but unfortunately never Priest. Glad there are these videos to see at least what was missed in the flesh. Long live Priest 🤟❤
Always kick ass god wish we were still hearing bands like them
Irvine Meadows was such an amazing venue! I saw so many concerts there in the late '80s and '90s. I'm so bummed I missed this one. 😢
@Gildedbutterfly1976 Here's a great demo and unreleased track from Judas Priest from 1988 with production by Stock Aitken & Waterman! czcams.com/video/kHiiORyw2ME/video.html🧑🎤👩🎤 💃📻
THIS IS METAL IN ITS FINEST HOUR!!!!!
These were beautiful times to live in for Metal Heads!!!!
99.99% of metal bands cant TOUCH THIS!!!!
Judas rising to their peak...... fortunate those who witnessed this great tour
So nice to see them have a great drummer behind the kit once again...they were missing it for all those years after Les Binks departure. Scott Travis kicked them in the ass & into the 90's & beyond.
I prefer Dave Holland but he's dead and he got busted molesting Boys
@@davidpearlactorteacherbizman Holland was a decent drummer but obviously a scum bag of a human being. Wonder if he had ties to Jimmy Saville
@@davidpearlactorteacherbizman
Pedos need killing! But...

Best live band ever!!!!
He actually sang the intro to All Guns Blazing a perfect fourth higher than the studio recording- I think that's right near the top of his range, and he hit it like it was nothing!
Yeah, like a full octave above the first verse, pretty damn amazing!
Damn brother good knowledge of music and singing thank you
I looked up at the screen in awe when I heard that into. What a singer!
Glenn's solo in All guns Blazing, oh my. Fucking intense, melodic, metal. Priest was and still is the best there ever was.
Hell yeah! I crank that tune just before going dirt biking, the rocks, roots & trees don't stand a chance once I'm fired up
@Richard Skipper they were and still are.
@LF X they always will be.
Priest at their absolute musical peak
The best years of Priest, see this tour in Rock in Rio II 1991, absolutely amazing best show of my life ever!
Priest at there best! Gives me shivers from head to 2 seriously!
My dad was 24 when he went to this concert. He said Skid Row and The Cult also performed. I envy all of you who got to see them!
Amazing concert, Priest at their very best... what a blast!
As someone who sees the painkiller album as the definitive heavy metal statement.... this is such a treat.
Pre mid 90s Studio Rob is untouchable, but here is one hell of a live performance.
I love to hear the quirks, the notes that go flat sometimes, even the occasional akward scream for no reason.....
I think you can really hear a change in his vocals in this time period. The clean falsetto of the 70s is nearly gone, that gnarly head and mixed voice with aggressive sharpness pierces through. BUT also you can hear his strong chest mids and lows of today in here.
Its really interesting to hear how a singer changes vocally with time.
Judas Priest at their sharpest!
🤘🔥🌩️🔥🤘
Saw this tour at the A.J. Palumbo Center in Pittsburgh on the Duquesne University campus. It was a 4,300 seater. When Megadeth came on there was a tsunami of people from the back of the floor straight to the front. Total mayhem. Hundreds climbing freely over the folding chairs on the floor to get to the newly formed pit in front of the stage. It was a frenzy when Priest came out. Tons of mashing. A security guard on Glen's side started punching people and Glen proceeded to kick him in the back of of the head until he stopped. Those were the days!
KK stage presence and playin are awesome
Wow! This video does not look or sound 29 years old, other than it looks like 'video'. You did an amazing job cleaning up this video, some of the best picture and sound I've seen and heard of Priest. The close-ups are razor sharp and the mix is killer.
What an incredible vocalist.
I like how your mouth is wide open
@@dirtywhiteboyzindahood1252 All the better to eat you with.
Not bad.
He sounds like shit..
Diamonds and Rust is one of the worst on here.
Painkiller as always sounds like shit live.
Even back in 91 he couldnt pull it off live
@@angryalanrants9574 I saw halford solo back in 2003..he did painkiller first song..and his voice sounded 2 high pitched ..me and my brother would make fun of his performance that night..on painkiller..
One of the bests live record of Painkiller tour! EPIC!!!!
Great quality video... Priest is The best heavy metal band of all time
You dont ever see a 30 year old concert video looking or sounding as good as this. Spectacular
Oh, yeah... 🤘🤘🤘
Thank you! I was just tellin some one priest is better than maiden and they said im not close.. maiden is amazing and love them to but priest is metal gods!
@@Vino_zx1zero I have the same conversation with a good friend of mine

I remember watching this concert footage on ABC's in concert 90 once I believe the boy sure brings back a lot of memories and it was great to be in my twenties at the time I love it man priest rules thanks for posting the full footage of this concert and God bless😊😈
The Rob Halford's wardrobe contains more metal than textiles
😈👍💣
Probably had to strip naked at the airport.
THE BEST EVER !!!!!!!!!!
Some of the greatest riffs of all time in heavy metal
That folks is how METAL is done!!!!
Saw them live twice. Awesomeness.
Two of the most CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED SHREADERS OF ALL TIME!!!!
Shredders...
KK Downing and Glenn Tipton. I probably could've been getting laid if these 2 weren't taking my attention away from girls with their shreading
They are not underrated where I come from Mick so. Cal
Metal's excellence in execution
I’m going to watch this whole show with a projector, in a lawn chair, with a case of beer, in the back yard. Who’s in?
Mike Smith TBD. It’s going to be awesome though.
@Mike Smith TBD= To Be Determined. Wow, NYC must be crazy right now!
Nightcrawler I just love it...I feel some crazy shit everytime I hear Judas priest..4ever
Priest was never better IMO on any tour in their career. Great set list, band all at the top of their game. Rob is just on another level vocally
the stained class and killing machine tours were better.
SUPREME and INCONCEIVABLE
This is the unmatched METAL GOD !!!
🤟All Guns Blazing🤟
I miss Downing
This is the only justification for our time to ever have existed...
You're damn right
Damned straight and proof positive we'll be here forever! Ya can't kill rock n roll!
Absolutely stellar audio and video quality, wow, thanks! Cheers!!
Sure glad I've got THIS (rare) concert on DVD!
My goodness!! I’ve never seen this quality video and sound of Priest’s 90’s concert, thanks a lot!!!!
Amazing quality!! Much better than other vids of this concert! Thank you so much!!!
Miles Hodges this was broadcast along w Alice Cooper, promoting the Operation Rock n Roll festival. Metal Church, Dangerous Toys, Motörhead, Alice Cooper & Judas Priest. I went to Weedsport NY. Awesome show.
Best CZcams video of all time. Smashing Judas Priest, live and in their prime, just absolute devastation.
We have too soon forgotten that blistering Judas fury that they performed for so many years.
Always wanted to watch a high quality video of this tour...Thank you !!!
THANK YOU FOR THIS GEM !
Judas Priest forever 😌👌 Pure Heavy metal
Thanks for reupload..best quality!
Impresionante show !!!!!!! 29 años esperando para ver un video tan bueno. Muchas gracias !!!!

this is best LIVE version ever see !!!! 💀
Video looks very fresh, new. Great one
Well, It is official Judas Priest was just announced to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! The band has been together for over 50 years and have put out at least 18 albums and 6 live albums, they opened for Led Zepplin in the early 70's at The Day on the Green and along with Black Sabbath were the only 2 metal bands at Live Aid in the 80's. They have toured the world many times. I will never forget the first time I ever heard them was in high school and we were skipping class and someone said have you ever heard of these guys? They put in a tape of Sad Wings of Destiny and the song Victim of Changes played...and I was hooked, then I saw them live in concert for the first time a couple of years later on the British Steel tour. I have had all their albums and seen them many times. I'm so happy for them as they deserve it and everyone who has played in the band will be there including Les Binks. Congrats to Judas Priest!!!
Rock On!!!🎸
I was there. The best time of my life!
T. K.
I was too.
Motörhead and Dangerous Toys opened if I remember correctly
So????
I can only imagine. That must have been a beautiful night, hearing all this!
Great quality video!
Thank you so much for uploading! Great Gig. I have seen them in Stuttgart, -absolut amazing!
Well I said it before and I'll say it again. One of the greatest metal bands in history.
The best band for All times, perfect concert.
Great upload! The Priest sound SO good! Epic...everyone including the classic Downing and Tipton. Legends at work here 👌😁
Thanks a lot for uploading this concert!!! I love this era of Priest! The quality is perfect, great performance and energy, and man, those guitars sound so freaking sharp!
Halford is menacing. What a performance
grazie ,video stupendo .
I will blow up my house with this... Thank you! 🤘🏻👴🏻🤘🏻
Oh man, this is great. I saw them on this tour in New Jersey, at the old Brendan Byrne Arena.
This is right before rob left in 92... think they were at odds right around this time.... I've seen priest at least 10 in the 80s...Never seen them like this.. they look withdrawn n just tired here... Saw em with ripper rob came back KK split that was it... Best Metal Band Ever... Judas Fucking Priest Forever
Thats it. Zero Chemistry. No smiles, no complicity...
withdrawn?! this concert is fucking awesome!
@@heresjohnny999 sure
Seems a little phoned in..
I saw the retribution tour in 2005 ...queensryche opened up..saw the concert in Las Vegas..Judas Priest is the best ...Every Priest album sounded very versatile from each 1..
Would love to have seen Priest on this tour!!!
I saw them on the painkiller tour ( testament & Megadeth) Vancouver, Canada, Halloween night, people were setting off fireworks & homemade bombs around the arena property, then during priests set, shit was being set off inside the building, hitting walls, ceiling, floor, shit would fly up& land on stage between the guys, they didn't even blink! Awesome party
Awesome show!!!
OLD SCHOOL HEAVY METALLLLLLLLLLL

Hej og tak for upload af fed judas koncert
I was at the operation rock and roll show in Detroit. Great show, all bands.
Subscribed and turned on all notifications 15 seconds after landing on your channel. I am speechless, you deserve a statue.
I was there.
Last time seeing them with Rob for a long time. Well, until they released and toured for Angel of Retribution.
Wait why does this only have 7 views?
got to do a live for us priest come on now. during quarentine.
Keep rocking uncle Rob....
Although his voice remains... I sure miss Rob's energy!!!
Now Rob just stares at the floor like he's searching for his missing contact lens.
now he's reading cue cards I think
@@daves4645 its called age, dude.
@@LadyFairChildVideo That may be so but look at Bruce Dickinson. I saw Maiden last summer and he was high energy and ALL over the stage from start to finish just like in the 80s. If Rob wouldn't wear a 50lb trench coat all the time, he probably could show more energy
@@guibox3 hey, there are people in their 50s in great health, and there are people in their 50s in terrible health. so Rob may be a little more worn physically than Bruce. it is what it is.
I have watched this tour in Ljubljana and Zagreb (still Yugoslavia was in tact) two days in the row. It brings beautiful memories. I even catch Scot's drumstick....end of the world
tour should hve been called the keep fit with halford tour
Ya no habrá otra banda igual como estos Dioses del Metal, esa furia desconsolada y ese sentimiento tan poderoso, solo ellos lo podían hacer!!
This show has been released in the box set and it fucking cranks in my Harmon Kardon sound system. Best era of JP.
Amazing band
NAILING IT!
Impresionante
Awesome !!!
I wish there were more JP quality videos on CZcams, like yours, mate.
Thanks for the upload great quality. Rob vocals are much better here although sometimes a little sped up Although much better then the Rock in Rio concert that one is very very hard to watch. Thanks again
As a biggggg Halford fan, I feel his pain in this vid. As a vocalist, I see and hear the struggle. We have good nights and great nights but it is good to hear we can't be our best at ALL Times.
Slango
Right!
Halford at its best.
No question!!!!!!!!
Much depends on how much reverb is being used. Not enough on the vocals here. And they're playing too fast. As they often did. I saw this tour and it's when I really started not enjoying Priest shows. Going through the motions, and doing it too fast. They really disliked each other at this point. Rob left not long after. He looks like a dork in that cheesy leotard. I stopped liking them when Turbo came out.
@@Frip36 oh come one JP have always been kinda cheesy and dorky :p
THE GREATEST MUSICIANS EVER 🤘🎸🤘🎸
When I listen to Priest,so do my neighbor's. He doesn't mind,he's the vocalist in a bar band.
My neighbors are also listening to this concert right now. Unfortunately for them, I'm in quarantine and on furlough, watching this shit at 2am, they have essential jobs and gotta go to work in the morning. LOL
When I listen to Priest, I do so on my high end headphones because I don't want to be an asshole neighbour. Try it someday.
