Failure to comply to the 10 commandments could still get a person to heaven for the reason that we, the age of grace, are commanded to simply trust and believe that Jesus was crucified, buried, and rose again on the third day to save us all from eternal damnation (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). And the only sin that cannot be forgiven is failure to comply or obey to the command which is his work on the cross (John 3:18 and John 3:36). All you got to do is to believe regardless of the good or bad things you have done in life, and doing good works (human good) does not credit one to be saved (Ephesians 2:8).

I'm not a christian because I have religious trauma. However I have been struggling with a horrible porn addiction. I have binged and relapsed and felt terrible. I saw this video, and the moment he said "never will I leave you" I burst out crying. I wept like a baby.

My dear friend. I feel very sorry that you have had religious trauma, no one deserves to go through that. And if you think that’s what Christianity is… that couldn’t be any farther than the truth. God didn’t force us to believe in him, it was a choice. And if it was forcefully pushed upon you to the point it was traumatic, shame on the person who did that. My friend, my dear friend, I love you and so does God… he loves you more than you could ever imagine… Christianity isn’t a religion, it’s a lifestyle to God. The reason you cried if because God spoke to you through this video. You’ve been dealing with a struggling addiction and the second you watched this video, God was telling you he LOVED you. Don’t let religious trauma scare you…. Put it in the past… because whatever happened was not okay and it will not happen again… trust God, and he will help you. If you want to try and talk to God, all you need to do is just talk to him.. no fancy wording or anything super long… just pour out to God about everything like you would to a close friend… he is listening and he wants to help and talk to you. My dear friend, I pray for you deeply… God will lead you just friend, so don’t lose hope… have faith. @@user-eu9wk7dx5t Matthew 12:30-32: "Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters. Therefore I tell you, people will be forgiven for every sin and blasphemy, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.
My friend, God will forgive you but you need to ask for forgiveness and repent from your heart. It’s ok that you said those things when you were younger, i did too. Before I knew God I was hateful towards God and hated him. I never believed he was all loving and I saw him as a selfish God, boy was I wrong. One night i felt something change in my heart, and I just got on my knees and started praying. I let it all out, told him everything I was dealing with and I was bawling like a baby. The thing that amazed me was I didn’t feel like he was mad at me, his presence was forgiving and comforting. I felt him there with me, he was listening. And at one point I felt this intense wave of love, and that’s when I knew it was him. I asked for forgiveness and i repented from my sins. From then my journey with God got stronger, but the struggle got worse. The enemy realized that I was trying to get closer to got and let his will be done, so he tried to stop me from getting closer to God. I struggle to this day and I’ve been very close to leaving God for good, but we are stronger than the enemy because we have God on our sides. The enemy tries to convince us to think we are worthless and not strong enough or to sinful to go to God, that couldn’t be any further from the truth. When we fall, God falls with us. He never will hate us, he’s always there and will never leave us. We grab onto Gods hand and he pulls us up by faith. No matter what happens, have faith. Even if you’re scared, sad, ashamed, mad, or happy… still have faith and confess your sins. He will forgive you. Don’t ever think your to sinful for God, he comes to us sinners to save us, remember that. He laid on that cross to save us from eternal fire…he loves us that much! He will laugh and cry with you at your highest and lowest moments. Don’t lose faith. God is with you brother ❤️

The enemy (Satan) tries to deceive you to think that it’s impossible to follow God, which it isn’t. All you need is faith and trust in the lord. Yes there will be many struggles and many ups and downs, but that’s no excuse to stop following God. Trust me when you give up your will and follow and have faith and trust in God, it’ll show the enemy you are stronger than him (because you are stronger than the enemy with God, the enemy just tries to make you think your weak and it’s “to hard” yes it’s gonna be hard but we will all be rewarded in the end for following our lord and savior.) Our God did so much for us, so don’t go and just give up. Pick yourself back up and follow the lord. He will always be there for you, pray to him when you’re happy, worried, sad, mad, scared, etc. just TALK to him. He will help and provide. Don’t lose hope so quickly, trust in the Lord for he has a plan for you, the enemy just tries to ruin it. But show the enemy that you’re not weak, that you have God on your side and it will humble the enemy. Stay strong my friend, don’t lose hope.
