Van's Aircraft RV-10 Build: Wing Ribs

Getting all thirty wing ribs riveted and bolted to the spars! How we hung the spars to attach the ribs, keeping track of which was which, and how we managed to get the pneumatic squeezer to set some rivets in a tight space.

I have been having this experience a lot in my new house. The other day a guy walked up with his kid and said "My dad used to build r/c planes too. It looks like you're using a lot more metal than him though". I told him the deal and he was pretty excited after. LOL

Are these van kits expensive compared to just buying it finished ?

Want a safe reliable one already built, they’re about 250,000$. Want to just get on with your life and travel, buy complete. Want to spend five to ten years putting rivets together, ugh hotel room prices will be twice as high by the time your done.
