Hi DanTDM there is three or more visual clues.
1: if their head is a little tilted, they're neutral.
2: if they have their head tilted and looking at you, then there is a very low chance of jumpscare.
3: if their head is straight and looking at you then there is a risk of jumpscare, a greater risk than 2nd stage.
4: if they have their body leaned over the table, then there will be a jumpscare if you look at the paper, and then at them again.

Tip: While doing a salvage you dont have to pause the music for a que. You actually have to LOOK CLOSELY AT THEIR POSITIONS to see if they moved or not but if so you zap them. They usually move after you look back at them after you checked the paper
For those that are easily spooked: Turning the speed up and turning on Closed Captions, helps take away some scare without making it difficult to understand.
Another tip, stare at Dans face cam, it can help distract. Or, play some LoFi on your phone so it takes away from the tensity

dan when you play each audio, after you have flicked the sheet up and down on the 1st anamatronic there is a little red light that appears in his shoulder, and then when it is on both he will jump you, so you have to keep an eye out for those and zap him. Also, if you look closely his head will have moved slightly. i hope you see this dan it will be really helpful to you

1) if the audio is done look at the paper, but dont check anything yet
2) then put the paper down again; and
3) check if the animatronic if it moved
(I made this because sometimes when dan is done checking something on list the animatronic moves)
If you dont check anything the recorder wont play.

Hi Dan! I know this video/series has finished, but for future references, When you are doing salvages you can tell if they are becoming unstable if they have moved, keep an eye on the way they are sat. If they have moved, zap them. Or you will be jump scared.

There are four salvageable animatronics in the following order, I will also say who they *used* to be:
1) Scrap Baby / Circus Baby / Elizabeth Afton
2) Molten Freddy / Ennard / Ballora, Funtime Foxy & Funtime Freddy
3) Scraptrap / Springtrap / Spring Bonnie & William Afton
4) Lefty / The Puppet / Charlotte Emily
So it would be good to zap him when he is standing straight
