For the Gnocchi
• 500g Red Potatoes
• 1/2 Egg, beaten
• 150g Flour
• Salt
For the Bokki
• Italian Sausage
• Baby calamari, cleaned
• Broccoli, florets cut into bite sized pieces
• Pancetta, cubed
• 1/4 Onion, sliced thin
• 2 Cloves Garlic, peeled
• Parsley for garnish
• Taleggio, diced
• Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
• 1C Cream
• 125ml Prosecco
• 2Tbsp Tomato Paste
• 1tsp Chilli Flakes
• Salt & Pepper
