I totally understand that prayer and what she meant. To an ‘ outsider’ it may sound like asking to be enough so that your husband doesn’t look outside to find it. That puts a lot of pressure and blame on women where a spouse has left !

I am telling you … they are the truth! I had an honor of meeting them both in person at a conference in ATL. I flew in from Denver Co and couldn’t get into the conference due to capacity limitations and sent an email advising my circumstances and Lady Blakes reach out to me immediately and invited me to breakfast. I am grateful that Ms. Lisa shared her story. Sometimes, people would have anxiety about being in relationships because of past trauma. That was me. I believe that thru her testimony that God is telling me that anxiety won't happen in my relationship because my husband will be able to handle my situation and me as a person. God is working! 🙌🏼

Not sure what African women he’s referring to. The African women I know are medical doctors, engineers, lawyers and other professionals and have house workers who do the cooking and cleaning.

Who said when you aquire all of them credentials and house helps, you cant serve your man like the King that he is?
I can’t even begin to put into words how this particular episode spoke into my life. I’ve been asking God to speak to my heart as I heal from past pains. I am right now in a posture of great healing and receiving. Lisa spoke to the little girl in me. Pastor Blakes mentioned the protection and worthiness of a woman. Deposits were given and I receive it.

This blessed me so much!! I was just praying this morning and I was telling God that I can live my life without getting married again, but I desire to be married. My life is full and blessed as a single woman, with God as the head of my household. I never want to make light of the love and care that Yahweh has shown me. Nothing wrong with wanting to get married again. Just make sure you heal first from the first marriage and get a good therapist.
I love the “everything” that he needs statement. We are literally a help meet (suitable for) the man that finds his wife, so we (the woman) definitely need to be EVERYTHING that he need. There’s a level of help that he needs that only we (the his wife) can provide. Love that prayer.

Okay... I am so elated to hear from Lisa. I often wondered how RC Blake's could speak to broken women. Now I have a profound respect for his ministry.
Prime example she didn’t have to come from a married home, a father or mother in the home…she wasn’t a virgin…she was an orphan finding her way at 16yo. She had to grow up fast and reconnected with her mother later. Which means she had to have a forgiving heart to be put in such situation with her own father. Blake’s was so lost but he took up his cross and dropped EVERYTHING and God said “Naw wait! I know you!! You can’t be without a wife and lead a flock of women!!” 😂 This is a true testimony.

I've never been into the prayers that women say for their husband, but the prayer that she said. This will definitely be a part of my prayer for my husband. I won't be concerned about what he's doing when he is not with me. I will KNOW that I'm all that he needs, and he will KNOW!!!
I love this! First Lady Lisa asked God to make her everything her husband needs her to be based on his background so that he would not have a reason to look outside... in practical application... Knowledge along with Wisdom and Understanding not knowledge by itself ❤❤❤

After all these years of marriage, it's one of the few that still makes marriage look attractive and inviting. Woww... I love how Lisa put that twist on the view of us women being "the helpmate." I think a lot of us females take that term as females are supposed to stay home, cook, & clean, not thinking about financially, emotionally, or being a helpmate in any other way.

HONESTLY, this is the ONLY video so far to date that I have shared on my Facebook page and personally. Some points hit me and caused me to understand WHY I’m in the (single season of 14 years with abstinence) time has gone by soo fast. What he “RC” said about being happy with me and the Lord. Praise God I’ve NEVER been sexually assaulted, abused, raped, etc. but my heart hurts for my sisters that have. I too have the gift of “serving” so I can relate with Lisa on other’s thinking you are bossy. I’m learning to be lead by the Holy Spirit before jumping in to help where I’m NOT wanted. ❤️
