This point about implementing shari’ah is absolutely gold.
Of course, we believe in the shari’ah law as being the best, however, it just can’t be applied properly in this point in time because of the state of the countries.
Shari’ah law is not just about dishing out punishments, it’s about setting up institutions all across the land who make sure that people don’t have any reason to break the laws in the first place.

As someone who had to present aloooooot of presentation I can tell you that all what you need is your really good understanding of the topic,
      PRACTICING
And bullet points of what you are foing to say ( try to add them in your PowerPoint ,if you have one )
      And that is it
No need to write what you are gonna say word by word , and even worse don't memorize it .
You don't memorize every single step you take to reach to a place , you only memorize the name of the streets you will pass and that is it ( the "every single steps " stands for writing a script Of what you will say , and "streets " stands for only having your bullet points memorizied or in a map ( in your PowerPoint 😅)
I don't know how this comment turned to be an advice on how to present confidently without memorizing 😅
Also , that BEST PowerPoints are ones that have ONLY bullet points, headings of each idea no more
And couple of illustrations if you need

You are learning so that in and of itself means that you are on the path of trying to learn about yourself, the purpose of life and the path to Allah SWT which is what makes you a purposeful Muslim inshAllah. Islam teaches us about higher and deeper truths about this life and belief in the hereafter which we would have never properly known otherwise. Islam is the truth and we want to be on the truth.

    Recently/again I got some confusions/questions on madhabs...
I searched for your videos to get some clarification but I couldn't find any 😅 requesting you to give us some insight on this matter
The reason I got doubt is....
During pandemic I was confused why there are different ways of salah so I searched for prayer methods I watched prophetic prayer videos of assim Al hakeem and Mohammad salah they both portrayed only sunnah method and I was convinced
I raise my hands before and after ruku and after the tashahud, what happened is my colleague asked me whether I am a ahle hadees to be Frank I don't know what does that mean.... They said only ahle hadees people and some will raise hands hanafis don't do... And also I do masa over my normal socks while doing wudu when I'm outside they say that you can only do masa on leather socks
I would love to hear from you ❤

It is from the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad SAW to present the Khutbah in two parts. Sitting down for a short pause between the two. Most Khateebs in a language other than Arabic include a short Arabic khutbah in part two, followed by Dua. (As in this khutbah)

It is for the good of the human to commit themselves to the guidance given by God in the Quran so that one can come out of ignorance and walk in the light of the Quran when one can see what to do. In darkness one can not see one’s way but in the light one can see and know where to go and what to do. Therefore it is necessary for the humans to accept the Quran and follow it by doing good deeds and not doing evil deeds, which is His Straight Path we should all walk on to find our way and reach the destination, that is to do good deeds and avoid doing evil deeds so that we can achieve success in going to JANNAH, the life of happiness and prosperity in this life as well as in the next life after our deaths permanently for ever, as in 57:9, we find,”He is who revealed very clear messages to His servant so that you may be come out of darkness ( of ignorance) to the light ( of guidance of God given in the Quran.....”

Assalamulaikum Ustad. At 13:13 you mentioned Jesus PBUH being from the Israelite lineage. Even the first page of the New Testament claims the same by showing the details but in reality there is none as Jesus ASA was created like Adam ASA.
Immaculate conception. The descendants of Issac PBUH and Ishmael PBUH can fight as much as they want but when Jesus PBUH comes back to unite all, none of the sides can claim lineage to him. Subahanallah.

Isa (Jesus) Alaihi al Salam’s mother and maternal grandparents are from the bani Isreal and he as sent to them, so Ustad meant it in his manner only. You are correct and Ustad has also already given a lecture on how the Quran handles this issue beautifully, I think it’s in Surah Shuarah or Anbiya where all the prophets call their people my people but Isa Alaihi salam says bani israeil directly. Its just a reference to which qom he was sent to & how he happens to be between them and not a foreigner and susceptible to rejection immediately, the isrealites recognised his mother was from the Ahl Imran. I hope i somewhat explained it

In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful and Compassionate,
The purpose of the Friday sermon (Khutba) is to be a reminder and admonishment for the Believers.
Allah Most High says, “O believers! When the call to prayer is made on Friday, then proceed ˹diligently˺ to the remembrance of Allah and leave off ˹your˺ business. That is best for you if only you knew.” [Qur’an; 62:09]
The remembrance of Allah referred to in the above verse means the Friday sermon (khutba).
      Language of the Sermon
For the above reason, it is best to give a reminder that the congregation can understand and go on to implement this. This can be done either by giving a talk prior to the actually Arabic sermon or by giving the sermon in the local language.
      Non-Arabic Sermon
It is permissible to perform the Friday sermon in any language even if one is able to give it in Arabic. [Tahtawi/Shurunbulali, Hashiyat Maraqi al-Falah]
      Differences of Opinion
There does exist a valid difference of opinion on this issue. There are some who adopt a more strict position.
For this reason, we put this question to Shaykh Hassan al-Hindy, one of the leading Hanafi jurists in our times, and he gave the following guidance.
According to Imam Abu Hanifa, the sermon is valid by anything that can be linguistically referred to as a remembrance/reminder (dhikr). Thus, saying al-Hamdu lillah or the like suffices. If the imam says in Arabic a remembrance of this type and then goes on to give the rest of the sermon in another language, this is sufficient for the validity of the sermon.
The students of Imam Abu Hanifa took the sermon to be valid with the minimum that would be considered a sermon, which would be fulfilled by the recitation of some verses of Qur’an or an admonishment of sorts.
With both of these opinions in mind, if the one giving the sermon opens or closes their talk with the praise of Allah and the recitation of some verses or a short admonishment in Arabic, the sermon is valid according to all.

      Summary
It is up to the discretion of the mosque to have the Friday sermon either fully in Arabic, in Arabic with a separate talk beforehand, or to have the sermon in the local language.
All of these three choices are valid. However, one should keep in mind the purpose of the sermon and the importance of that reminder for the congregants. Also, one should take care that the one giving the sermon mentions some Arabic remembrance or some verses of the Qur’an so as to get out of the differences of opinion mentioned above.
      Hope this helps

Islam is the only faith that satisfies our logic (mind) , our spirituality (heart) , and improves our character all together. Other faiths appeal to the heart but don't make logical sense and vice versa. Islam involves physical acts of prayer and dua to make our faith practices meaningful and Islam has the most relialistic and practical solutions to actual problems.

For it to make sense logically the idea has to be clear and consistent and rational. Bible is vague and inconsistent with shared divinity and Jesus never claimed to be God, considering the concept of trinity originated 300 years after Jesus.
