Wow, I have purchased cars at the former Auburn Motor Sales and now live 25 miles away. I have never seen this convertible in all the years I have lived in the area. It is the same color as my '72 LTD 4 door pillared hardtop - Green gold metallic with a green interior, except mine is cloth. My LTD is original and has 49,368 miles on it as I write this. Mine had the base wheel covers, but I bought a set of the optional turbine style wheel covers at Hershey and they look so much better than the stock flat ones. Wish I had known about this car. I have never seen a convetible in this color. It would be interesting to have a Marti report on this.
My dad factory ordered a 1972 LTD convertible. His was black with a red interior. It had the wire spoked wheel covers and air conditioning but otherwise like this example.

Man that joker nice
Please show the engine and trunk in your videos. More of the interior, too!

Fun fact: Ford put these hubcaps of the F-Series trucks too
Wish I had one
Horsepower in 1971/1972 was measured as NET horsepower. Formerly it had been Gross (or advertised) horsepower.
Last year before the big ugly 5MPH bumpers came in 74. Nice, green, car! Cheers 🇨🇦
Big bumpers came in 73 ...ugly car but had 400ci small block.
Very nice car
What a glorious car 🇺🇸👍
I know that interior I had a 72 also ... a 9-passenger wagon! 😁
Nice 😀
At least it has a 400. A actually for some reason the 71 and 72 power window controls looked like a cheap afterthought.
Absolutily amazing ( south Brasil likes)
Where do you go to buy these cars?
This one sold fast but my website is www.orphancargarage.com. Thanks!
They rip off old people so they can flip for big profit.
what was the sale price?
