Computational workflows are rarely composed of a single script or tool. Often they require the use of dozens of different software components or libraries. Installing and maintaining such dependencies is a challenging task and the most common source of irreproducibility in scientific applications.
This section walks through how to build and run your first Docker container as well as how to use containers with Nextflow.
