Hi Maria, the Nextflow documentation has a section on Docker: nextflow.io/docs/latest/container.html#docker
As regards running Nextflow on High-Performance Computing (HPC) clusters, keep in mind that Docker is typically not available due to security issues.
Typical container runtimes that are available in HPC centres typically include Singularity, Shifter, Charliecloud, Podman (all supported by Nextfow), Sarus and others.
Docker might still be a viable option for personal computers, workstations and cloud-based servers.
