I dont agree with most of what the respected Mufti says in his talks. But for once i have to agree with him. May Allah Taala grant your mother a beautiful abode in Jannat ul Firdaws, may he forgive all her shortcomings.
We need more sensitive scholars like Mufti Abu Layth 😢

May Allah forgive her sins and elevate and multiply her good deeds whilst giving you and your family and friends who have been impacted by her passing sabr. Insha'Allah, you will all reunite in Jannat ul Firdous. Ameen.
My own mother passed away in 2020, and I miss her every day. However, through the grace and majesty of Allah, we accept and strive through our own actions to increase their Sadaqah e Jaariya.

If you can kindly mention which "sahih" he is referring to, it would be very beneficial.
Try to search the hadees, like just type what he said on google, hopefully you find it

I don't know what you're problem is. I'm a big fan of mufthi. What have you got to say about his beliefs that hazrat Easa Will not be coming back and there's going to be no Medhi and also he doesn't believe that black magic, evil eye and jinn possession exist and sahi bukhari is full of mistakes. And he says he is against all bidahs which khatham is so it's abit confusing him doing this unislamic act
Please dont do this. Give food to Poor's then say to make dua for your mom to them don't invite relatives for food because its not a marriage. Sorry for bad english

@@billybro1403 i sad give food to the poors and sad to make dua to them for dead person. dont invite relatives or neighbours because they are not miskieen they dont need food they already have
Kindly don't tell people what to do. We all grieve differently. This is Pakistani sufi way of grieving.

The prophet peace and blessings be upon him, his family and companions, said dua is the essence of worship. And it is advised to do dua for the dead. There's a hadith Mubaraka which states that a person will come on the day of judgement and he will see his rank increased, he will ask Allah SWT how did I reach this rank, Allah SWT will say your offspring prayed for you, after your death. No harm in giving food, I'm sure you eat too. Some people come from other cities all across the country. Feeding the traveller or a hungry person is central to our faith. Stop following US funded Saudis, who invented a fitnah in the last century.
