  • Green mango and fish cooked in coconut milk is light and perfect for Summer. It goes well not just with rice but with any grains. Hope all of you will try it and let us know how it turned out.
    You can use any type of fish for this recipe. The recipe is for 2 lbs of fish.
    To make second coconut milk, take one cup of full strength coconut milk and add 3 cups of water to it. Mix.

      Second coconut milk is coconut milk that’s watered down so it’s thinner and you can boil it. First coconut milk is the thick, full strength milk that you should not boil, only heat. The description of the video explains how to make the second milk.
