Hi Kim.... thank you for posting these helpful exercises. I'm five months out of a hysterectomy/oophorectomy and anterior vaginal repair. The anterior repair was unsuccessful,so I'm contending with cystocele and now vaginal vault dropping. I'm in the waiting list for a vaginal vault and further anterior repair. Any further suggestions you might have for my situation would be greatly appreciated 🙏❣️
I recommend my membership...only $147 for the whole year...includes hypopressives which is absolutely a must for your situation. Vaginacoach.com/bmc

Hi Kim.. I have trouble with when to inhale or exhale is there an easy way to do it right? Thank you 🤗
keep practicing ;-). You are not alone in this but with practice it will get easier.
I have to imagine what’s happening in my body to remember - when I breathe in my lungs fill up which would push my pelvic floor down, when I breathe out my pelvic floor can lift up as the air empties. Good work and good luck
yep!
