It's a laid-back small city yet modern and clean. Jeepneys are more comfy compared to those in Manila, drivers are calm, and people are sweet. Most of all, its one of the safest city to live. Guimaras island is just 15 mins boat ride if you want to taste the sweetest mango or visit the famous San Lorenzo wind farm.
Epic adventures in Guimaras and Negros straight, you’re near Tubbattaha reef from that sea, enjoy

For me safest of all the cities n the ph and bike friendly too but the beaches nah.. Food, rent prices, lot prices and electricity are little bit high but not that expensive compare to Manila. Sunset blvd 5km bike friendly road soon
You've been to the Visayan Islands, so you should try exploring Mindanao. Davao City and Cagayan de Oro are great jump-off points.

There's also an island hopping tour in Manila. The tour are Corregidor island and Camaya Coast. You can also try that one.
Tried it.. NOT so good compared to island hopping in many places in the Philippines... Best for me is island hopping in Taklong Island reservation...

Iloilo is working hard to reduce traffic in the coming years. Currently there aren't many students because it's summer break, and there's high congestion areas due to the simultaneous renovations of 4 large public markets. Hopefully the traffic gets better once the markets are done.
Not 4. It's 6 large public markets. Central Market, Super, Jaro, Lapaz, Arevalo and Mandurriao public markets...
