  • I have now officially visited the 3 main regions of the Philippines along with what is considered the 4 largest cities in the country and let me tell you I am glad I got to see this city last. This city has a ton of potential and is already in 3rd gear with development and new projects. Cleaner air, wider roads, less traffic and enough city to make you feel like you don't want to escape to manila I already know many foreigners will flock here in the future! Enjoy!

Bacolod City is three times larger than Iloilo City in terms of area. The population of Iloilo City in 2023 is 447,000 based on google, and the population of Iloilo Province exceeds 2 million people. Being the regional and business center of the entire region, Iloilo attracts many people daily from other provinces such as Aklan, Capiz, Antique, and Guimaras who come here to transact in various government regional offices. It is also a major educational center in the entire region, where many people from other provinces primarily come to study.

Cebu has a small land area for commercial purposes thats why they're building it in just 1 or 2 kilometers from the shore and stretch it all along the coastline. No way they can make a cheap meticulous urban development unless they resort to reclamation.
