Great video! It was quite entertaining, but I do have a few things I would change.
First of all, Toe Jammer is, I'm assuming from the monster bio and element, made out of a tough water (with body parts and features). Scientifically, you can survive only around 2-3 months on water alone, and that's liquid water, so this solidified water-like monster would probably give you an even shorter life span, such as 3 weeks - 2 months. For Potbelly, its bio states that it is made of plant, and grows like a weed, so I'm classifying it as basically a weed. With supple water, a human being could survive up to 3 months at most eating only plants and leaves, including weeds and/or plant-weed monsters like Potbelly. Next, Woolabee is, in fact, a lamb, technically, but the lamb of the monster world. There's also birds, which are considered part of the monster in my opinion, considering its sound wouldn't be produced without them. You can actually survive a surprisingly long amount of time with only lamb and bird meat. Most people that eat only meat, live a pretty long life, which is around 50-90 years, assuming there is enough water. Same goes for Mammott, as it would probably be another supple source of meat, although there'd be less variety, so the life span would probably be more around 45-70/80 years. Next, Phangler is more of a fish-like creature, so it could feed you for a well amount of time. Assuming there is supple water, you could most likely live a full 60-90 years off fish alone, considering you eat not only the cooked meat but also the eyes, which are very nutritious. (Fish eyes are actually considered delicacies in a lot of places.) Then Jam Boree, which technically is a cake, although we don't actually know what its insides are like. Assuming it is just a live cake, you would only survive around 4-6 months, after your teeth rot, your muscles completely deteriorate, and your body shuts down. There are also eyes on Jam Boree, which could help you build muscle mass, but the amount of eyes compared to the amount of cake you're eating aren't quite equal, and the cake would end up killing you, as you can't regain muscle mass as quick as they're dying, breaking down into amino acids. Boskus is next, which is a bit of a tricky one. You claim it kind of looks like a cow, so it is a cow, but it doesn't always work that way. Boskus has hooves and horns, but also fangs and fingernails. Using the evidence it is, in fact a cow, you would be able to live about 50-80 years on only cow meat and supple water. Shellbeat isn't a fish. You claim it's fish, but it actually shares more traits with squid and snails. With the knowledge that it is a humanoid squid/snail-like monster, we go back to the thing about seafood. On Shellbeat alone (with water, of course,) you'd be able to survive 70-90 years, assuming it's not poisonous, as some squid is. Poppette, next, does not taste like bubblegum. Although it may look like bubblegum, it actually has a heart and respiratory system, as we can see from the veins showing through the bubbles on its skin. If it has veins, we can infer it has a heart, as veins' purpose is to bring oxygen to and from the heart. To get oxygen, it will need some sort of respiratory system, (which begs the question: why doesn't it have a mouth or nose?! eh, who cares.) If it has proper insides, it's safe to assume there's also fat and muscles, making it only another form of meat like Mammott and Woolabee mentioned earlier. However, according to its bio, it's very tough, meaning its skin and muscle would probably be harder to chew, meaning you'd eat less quantity, and you'd get less nutrients. Next is Gloptic, and your assumption enrages me in a way (in the nicest way possible.) It's quite bold of you to assume that it's made out of gummy gel, and even if it was, you could only scientifically survive a couple weeks, and up to a month if you're lucky. You could survive around one and a half weeks eating just one the eyes, with the assumption the goo is inedible, since there's a high chance of it sticking to your windpipe, instantly killing you. If you are able to consume it safely, it'd probably cause mass indigestion. Then there's Pompom, who, is not, in fact, made of cotton candy. That is her fur, which is pigmented by her strictly red diet. Pompom actually has a very similar biology to humans, with some alterations allowing her pelt to turn pink. You can survive a normal life span eating humans (with the assumption you avoid the brain and diseased areas), and with the knowledge Pompom has an almost identical body chemistry to us, we can apply this to her too. The same goes for the rest of the Pomily members, like Sooza, Hoola, and Rooba. Next is Dandidoo, with a misleading comment. As a side note, most flowers aren't toxic to eat, and actually really healthy. Many different kinds of flowers, but more well-known flowers like broccoli and cauliflower are actually very nutritious, as well as dandelions. Dandelions are actually good for you, as they can improve the immune system, ease indigestion, and stimulate the appetite. We can assume that Dandidoo is just a bird-dandelion hybrid monster, so it has the same health properties. You could probably live a good 40-70 years eating Dandidoo. *I'll edit this doing the rest a different time. It's 2 in the morning here on a weekday*

As Oaktopus' Monster Bio suggests, the "roots" on the Oaktopus are tentacles, much like a squid or octopus, which is where the Oaktopus' name derives from. If we assume the Oaktopus' tentacles has similar properties to squid or octopus, you could survive several years, as squid is a delicacy in many places. You could also eat the eyes, bark, and leaves, for extra calcium, protein, and vitamins, as well as water, allowing you to consume almost every needed nutrient for human life.

Here is how I will rate the monsters:
Toe Jammer: Looks like jello, and it's toes look crunchy
Spunge: I don't like brocolli, but it's the same for Toe Jammer but jucier
Cybop: Looks extremely crunchy, and also very salty
Rooba:It's hair looks so crunchy. It's like when you taste some juicy tree leaves.
Leaves and bark are perfectly edible, though some trees do have toxic bark. I've eaten bark before, it tastes like cardboard kind of mixed with burnt spring onion
Fun fact: even if bowgart dropped the violin looking thing and slim you'd still die due to its horns being the same thing
