Either way, it's not going to stop any time soon. Bookmakers like Bet365, 888, Ladbrokes and Coral are all going to continue advertising the fact that, players can 'win' if they are being 'smart.'
However, the reality is, in 2020 you have no chance of winning for long if you use a bookmaker for your bets. If you take the terrible value and repeatedly lose though, that's a different story.

Corporates have been known to share information to each other regarding gamblers who don't fit there type of customer they want. My brother opened an account n was restricted without even betting. Lol. Yes you are right no such thing as a bookmaker anymore, the art has died. Bookmakers shouldn't ban people for taking value and profiting. They should adopt a minimal bet guarantee like SKY right across the board. The bookmakers profit massively from gamblers who punt at bad odds and don't know what they're doing, but they quickly throw their toy's out the pram if you don't place -EV bets with losing betting patterns that they expect. I don't have a problem with what you're saying because it's the truth and you're just highlighting how much of a joke the gambling industry is.

They take bets from countries which they are not supposed to and are ruining the local people who themselves are very poor and desperate. My question for you is this. People who cannot access the betting exchanges should they use some sort of white labels like orbit exchange or is there any way to trade to betfair from restricted countries. I would like to buy your guides but I do not have access to any betting exchanges... I am not British
It should be illegal for them to discriminate against successful punters in the same way it is to discriminate against gender or race. They literally just prey on addicts, the regulators need to clean up bookmaking. The crazy thing is that they could still survive without restricting successful players, they will just need better margins on their odds.
Yes, keep going with these videos.. if banks, supermarkets, or any other service provider treated their customers in the same way, the media and the regulators would be in outrage.. but strangely they are not seeing them for what they are.. yet - they will in time. The majority of money bookies makes comes from casual bettors, they are the biggest group when it comes to sports betting and most of them usually lose their money and if not, no matter what happens the bookie will never lose money because they already are taking a cut with the odds

One has to be smart that's right marketing. So just being knowledgeable in bets isn't enough. Be smart with placing them. So take advantage of your first jabs. When u place a bet and comes off don't wait till the end keep cashing out as you are still making profits but bookmaker thinks you are giving then leverage too. That way closing your account or your behavior isn't detected by the algorithm. As people who cash out are good as per bookmakers.

People from India I know myself are betting big on Bet365 and betfair exchange regularly and placing bets in runs markets and matches to the tune of $1000-1500$ per bet and no restrictions have been placed.
I'm sure you are, this is the thing, if you aren't taking value they will let you have what you want. Some people they let bet 100k at a time... because they have no idea what they are doing and taking terrible odds.
Bet365 says I've bet with £25,000 from feb2019-feb2020 with a loss of £3000 and my mate used my account and has defo transferred me at least £1000 so I've lost £2000 in a year I feels like bullshit is that how net win loss works or are they pulling the wool over my eyes?

Bookies business models are now based almost entirely on problem gamblers. Their marketing strategies with free bets, boosts and enhanced odds means you don't have to be a Caan level shrewdie to have your account restricted. If you are just a reasonably careful leisure stakes 'mug' punter who takes the offers presented, you will not be a money maker for the layer and soon see your account restricted as my numerous we are sorry you can't get the offers anymore letters attest to. Sports books are just a marketing ploy to get problem gamblers onto those lovely fixed odds casino games etc.

Just because I backed four winners in a week in a ladbrokes shop I could not take a price on a horse which was 8/1 they said I could only have sp. it won but I only ended up with a 4/1 winner this is just how it works now they hate people winning

5 years?? It first happened to me 20 years ago and I still have the letter from bookie to prove it. Little by little all bookies followed suit and I even opened other accounts with the same firms through friends and family and 1 by 1 I lost them as well. I had 4 different accounts with £3.65 and Sid James and they were all closed. Bookies can also check IP addresses and if they see other accounts with same IP address will close it quickly although I know there is a way to disguise the IP address. Bookies have NO faith in their odds compilers and run for cover as soon as anyone shows they are not going to lose long term
You should do this again with someone who has a "VIP Manager". It would be interested how far they'd get.

Agree but its definitely easier to find profitable customers than problem gamblers because there are far less of them. At most 1% will win long term.

I know this is 3 years old and I totally get what Caan means but what business would let a savvy winning machine punter continually empty the company of profits? Word woukd get around quickly and every match bettor, value better, arber etc would flixk to that website and empty the compamy coffers within days. In the old day betting was much more limited in what you could bet on and big money could only be won on accumulators or rank outsiders in the horse racing. Good bookmakers would cover all or most potential big losses by laying the bet off with a rival firm. I'd ont think in these fast multi bet days they can do that.

I've heard many bad things about bet365 but personally I've won just over £200 in the span of 3 weeks and that's with very very small amounts of cash I put on each bet.

Why is our government not making them put up signs outside or online saying WINNERS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED?. I got into racing after reading books by Clive Holt and Alex Bird but they operated in a world with real bookmakers and today its just accountants who refuse to play the game. People must bet with the Exchanges.

Absolutely correct. I must have been one of the lucky ones as I got to just over 6k profit over 3-4 months before I got hit with the restriction of max win of £10 on horse racing with bet365. However, the restriction only applies to horse racing, other sports that I lose on like football and golf, I can still bet as much as I like on them lol 😂

I have read people saying the same thing, I never believe it till it happened to me. I placed a bet for 5000, when the team was loosing, my bet shows 50,000 bet. I contacted them right away and they blocked my account. I called them and they have yet to tell me why the account was blocked and they have no information. I have all the conversation recorded , All the chat recorded. what Can I do pls. Anyone can help?

Happened this week...Had an account for years but barely used it. started using them frequently 2 weeks ago and have had 3 winning bets in that time...albeit quite large returns for the stakes and have been restricted to £2.50 bets.

Hi caen. Not biggin up 365. Cant stand any bookies but my 1st acc with them i had 46000 on 47500 back profit of 1500 then gubbed. Lasted a year. Onto my 2nd acc with them and so far 65000 on 68000 back with 3k profit and still going after a year. Have about 6 bets a day with them ranging from 20 to 50 quid. Go figure that hey. Keep up good work.

Funny you should say that because I made a great deal of money from bet365 by doing just that after they restricted me . One of the great things about bet365 is that you can do perms even when restricted and that was a great help
one of my best mates won 28k on a canadian or super yankee, cant remember which. So, waiting for the winnings to come in...nothing. Rang them, said one of the jockeys weighed in heavy..after the race, so its void. Now, baring in mind i got paid out on the tuppence i put on and the result stood officially. Long stort short, they know you cant afford to take them to court. Then another, paid him out 36k from a 7-fold and by the time he got everyone a drink in the pub, his account was banned. Reason? "Suspected money laundering". Unreal.

So they still alowed me to bet on horses...silly them...took odds of 41 on £20 stake last night ( of course laid it off today when it hit 22 though it went down all the way to 16) and it won....lets see how long they realise what I'm doing and ban me completely
