Growing traditional rice in the Philippines: Pasil Indigenous Community

The Slow Food community of Pasil, made up of indigenous Kalinga people in the Cordillera region of the Philippines, has been protecting cultural diversity for years. Their main occupation is farming, their main crop being local red rice.
