Good point: “We shd have workers on every corporate board in America…”. Executives operate in a bubble and it’s a greedy bubble:(

We need to spend our money wisely…spend it with companies who value and respect the dignity of employees… companies who respect every human being who work for the company and pay them a living wage. Not spend our money on products from companies that run on greed machines.

Warren Buffet tells story how we should be respectful of every human’s plight in life…he’s grateful he “won the lottery” having a mother and father who were healthy, educated and successful financially. More important, Buffet’s aware that not everyone wins the lottery in life and it’s not their fault if they’re sick or poor or can’t succeed. Some people are born with more challenges in life from day 1. American leaders need to be realistic in leveling the playing field for those who enter on the bottom rungs of the job ladder and make it possible for them to earn their way up the ladder. There’s no reason for CEO’s to greedily skim off huge amts of corporate profits for their own paychecks and not put money back into employees and pay a living wage or not see that they have basic necessities in life to do a good job for the company. In 1900’s mining companies would provide housing so families could live together in a thriving community. Johns Manville would provide housing and basic needs for healthy families to thrive (not just survive). Instead of becoming a 300Billion+ CEO how about improving the basic wages and benefits for your employees before you skim (rob) those profits for yourself and your executive cronies?

It would be good to have more women leaders who tend to be hardwired to respect people.
